House in a quiet area. Tidy and secure. You need a car to get to the center of Motul but it is excellent if you have your own transportation because it allows you to sleep in an area away from noise

I highly recommend the house, it was very equipped, had several supers and restaurants nearby. It's close to downtown Baca. The house has a lot of privacy and the place is very spacious.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Maria and Marco. The house keepers Samuel and Andrea are so wonderful, attentive and helpful. Samuel even took some time to show my children around the property, and showed them where to pick fruit from the fruit trees. They were so proud to make fresh lime juice to share with everyone :) The house is clean and is equipped with everything you need. The hosts remain available at all times to answer your questions and help orient you and give ideas of things to do. It was the tranquil stay we needed with our children, to relax and play in the pool, enjoy the facilities and backyard!
