The house is very spacious, more than what you see in the photos, I went with my family and it is very safe for children and comfortable for older adults! Throughout my stay I spoke with Leticia, super friendly, good advice and excellent recommendations, always attentive! The house is really well equipped, with enough plates, glasses and cutlery. The sheets are in good condition and the cleanliness is impeccable! The dryer is an excellent option when you are in a place where you constantly visit places with water and you don't want to return with wet clothes in your suitcase. Simply very cozy, as soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely come back, we really appreciate the tranquility of the place!

A place true to description. It would be the stay in general. Amenities in good condition and very accessible with public transport.

The place is second to none. Perfect for those looking for privacy and relaxation, as it is right on the beach and with an amazing view. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, spacious and well-decorated spaces, as well as details such as board games, which was a great plus to enjoy your stay. Access was super easy, and the location is great to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Without a doubt, would 100% recommend.

Great stay in Merida, quiet neighborhood not quite in the heart of the city. Easy walking and access to stores. Easy check in and out and lovely pool!

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

Beautiful home, beautifully renovated, comfortable beds, perfect location downtown, a couple blocks from Montejo and 60 streets where all the shops and restaurants are. My kids loved the pool!

Diego was very responsive, the place is as pictured neat, clean and he thought of every appliance you may Need. Centrally located in Merida a few minutes from the North and 20 minutes to Centro. Quiet building, a nice comfortable stay.

My husband and I were very happy at Memo's place. The kitchen area has everything you need and the place as a whole is very harmonious with tasteful minimalist details. The bed is super comfortable. In addition, walking you can reach all the points of interest: Calzada de los Frailes, Cenote Zaci, historic center, etc. Memo and his team answered all our questions immediately and were also kind enough to store our luggage for a few hours at the adjacent Colonté hotel. We fully recommend it. 🤗

A very nice apartment. The patio is very nice to rest and the balcony for breakfast. The area is excellent.

The place was clean and cozy! Jorge is kind and responds quickly to questions! There are plenty of necessary furniture and storage space! The bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen are neat and useful! The location is close to the city center and the property is near the roadside, so it's safe! It was very useful because Walmart and a laundromat were nearby! I recommend it:)

This spot was a great value. Lots of space. Felt very secure and was nice to be near the Park. Kitchen was a little sparse but fine for our needs. Beds we're comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water.

very good place to be on the weekend. The host was very attentive and always responded. the house is very nice, we were left extra amenities that that the truth is almost no one does but here it was very worth it.

Beautifully appointed and clean home. Comfortable beds and essentials in the kitchen. We had a great visit and enjoyed the views, pool and a short drive to the malecon. Water heater went out in one of the bathrooms but staff was incredibly responsive and had it fixed in 24 hours.

The house is great, we had a lot of privacy, everything was super quiet, the access they have to the beach is super cool and they have a lot of beach. It's well worth renting. The manager gave us recommendations for restaurants and they were very good. We loved the stay. Highly recommended

The place was everything we expected, super quiet a beautiful sea view, we felt safe in place, the hosts were always attentive to our needs, we felt super spoiled when we arrived, they made our stay a plan of, I would definitely stay again, the house is simple but spacious with everything necessary to have a pleasant vacation

My husband and I just got home after a month long stay. This was our second year staying at this house and it felt like home to us, along with the community, which we absolutely love. Just across from the beach where we would take a long walk every morning. My husband fished off the beach every day. The house has a gorgeous pool area in the back where we spent a lot of time. The house is very well equipped, comfortable beds…I can’t say enough good things about it. Roger is a wonderful, responsive host, and his friend, Mike, across the street was a great guy who helped us out whenever we had need. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we miss the house and the community very much!

This home is so peaceful and in a wonderful location. Right on the beach and very close to the center of the town. Great restaurants close by. Very friendly locals. The house is comfortable and the patios on the beach side are fabulous. The swing on the second level patio is hard to peel yourself off of. The kitchen is well stocked with any items needed for cooking. Another bonus is the pool with lovely fountains. Northon and Dory are gracious hosts and always available and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay so much. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! I will be back.

The house and location were excellent! Beachfront house with beautiful views! The hosts were responsive. The only hiccup was that the pool wasn't super clean when we got there - my husband and daughter had to do some cleaning up.

We loved our stay at the Dancing Palm Trees. We would definitely stay here again. Esteban is a kind and quick to respond host. I will think often of the peaceful mornings of coffee and stretching on the back porch, the hummingbird finding food and pelicans flying by. Then evenings of watching the flamingos fly by while the sun sets. My kids loved swimming and snorkeling, seeing lots of fish on the days when the water was calm. The pool is a great perk! The place has very comfortable beds, lots of great seating and everything needed for a peaceful getaway. Plus, San Cristano is a lovely town and Telchac can easily supply all needs and more.
