Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

This place is as private and beautiful as the pictures. The local town is friendly with good restaurants. It is challenging to get down the road, as it's full of potholes, but worth it. Some parts of the accomodation would benefit a bit of maintenance. It was clean and tidy. We would stay here again.

We came as a group of 6. The house was a gorgeous design - very beautiful. The pool house was an added bonus that I did not expect. Communication with the property manager was excellent! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time, in an idyllic setting! Had the entire condo building to ourselves for an entire week. Very quiet and relaxing place with a slow pace. The pool and lobby area is equally as wonderful, complete with Wi-Fi. Best to stop and get groceries before you get to the condo as the closest supermarket is in Progresso, which is 4 miles away. Ubers are no problem to get if you want to make a quick trip to town.

My husband and I just got home after a month long stay. This was our second year staying at this house and it felt like home to us, along with the community, which we absolutely love. Just across from the beach where we would take a long walk every morning. My husband fished off the beach every day. The house has a gorgeous pool area in the back where we spent a lot of time. The house is very well equipped, comfortable beds…I can’t say enough good things about it. Roger is a wonderful, responsive host, and his friend, Mike, across the street was a great guy who helped us out whenever we had need. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we miss the house and the community very much!

This home is so peaceful and in a wonderful location. Right on the beach and very close to the center of the town. Great restaurants close by. Very friendly locals. The house is comfortable and the patios on the beach side are fabulous. The swing on the second level patio is hard to peel yourself off of. The kitchen is well stocked with any items needed for cooking. Another bonus is the pool with lovely fountains. Northon and Dory are gracious hosts and always available and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay so much. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! I will be back.

Great accommodation as described. Private parking. Complete kitchen with in addition small touches in the fridge for breakfast. But above all the kindness of the host and his really friendly, quick and warm communication.

The accommodation is comfortable, as described in the listing, it has all the services nearby from restaurants to the pharmacy, useful if you go the universities. Comfortable and clean, Everything was great.

Alex is a great host, he responds quickly, accommodates the guest and is very friendly. Communication was seamless. The house is very big and great for long-term stays. If something is missing, Alex was immediately there and helped out (e.g. a "mobile" oven😄) Also, everything you need was available in the accommodation. There are only small things we give as a tip: - Especially for women, it would be great to have a few shelves in the bathrooms to be able to put cosmetic items 😄 - Unfortunately, garbage sometimes flies to the artificial grass area - this may be cleaned more often What Alex can't do, but we just want to advise especially families with children - the street has many free-roaming dogs - you have to be careful here Otherwise, we were super satisfied and felt very comfortable as a family of 4 for the 6 weeks with Alex. I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

Excellent place, private, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice pool very nice in general, the house is super equipped, beach very close, the only one but is that in the showers of the bedrooms upstairs there is no hot water, I say by the heat in certain seasons it may not be necessary but for us the hot water is essential and there was only a little in the bathroom downstairs, I also recommend that if their stays are long, take a car why there are no places nearby to go out to eat and with this they can move or go to the super for food. The casita was a perfect place to stay for a couple. Comfortable bed and pillows, everything was clean and worked perfectly. It was right beside a walkway to the beach. Shauna is a wonderful hostess and checked up to make sure everything was good. We hope to come back again next year for a longer time.

Excellent choice. Exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming touches to make us feel at home. Appreciated the amount of towels, paper products, kitchen staples, water jugs. This home has it all, two outdoor spaces, nice pool, outdoor eating and lounging day or night. Comfortable beds. Enough hot water for a short shower but more than enough for what we needed. Well equipped kitchen. As mentioned you need a car for this house. Great markets and convenience stores 5 minutes away. Restaurants in nearby Chicxulub or Progresso or Telchac, 10-15 min. Recommend the restaurant at Sayachaltun near Telchac and Osteria italiana 386. The beach is good for walking especially early morning low tide. During our stay there was a lot of sargassum. There is a breakwater at the beach directly in front of this house. Very quiet, bit of construction nearby nothing terrible. The neighbours were not in during our stay so it felt very private. Pool would always be private. Recommend!

The house is in a great location , very roomy and comfortable. We lost power, as will happen at the beach. Maria Fernanda was helpful and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Would definately rent here again!

Adriana's house is very close, the patio where the pool is is very spacious and pleasant. All spaces match the photos. The house is spacious and super cute all rooms have TV and air conditioning. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place. Just as a tip that has nothing to do with the house, it suggests to take or rent a car to get around easier.

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

Loved the place. Great house, as listed. Very comfortable and clean, huge spaces and right on the beach. Beautiful! Great porch, pool and hammocks! Ricardo and Beto were great, as was Mary with the cleaning. A great team! Thanks It is far (9km) from Sisal and the road is not good, so the best plan is to stay in! It is a lovely setting and Ricardo gave us the best recommendations and helped us with getting great local food and all we needed. Be prepared for a bad road from Sisal to the house, but don’t let it deter you! Just bring a sturdy car and patience for potholes! Many gorgeous things to do in a 1.5 hr ratio.
