Josh gave super detailed instructions with photos to help with the check in process that made it so easy. The unit was clean and cozy and in the perfect location, an easy walk to nearly everything and even had a fun tiki bar connected to the building via short walk through the parking garage. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Breck.

A nice quiet place to stay that is definitely cozy but packed with enough amenities to cook or bake any meal, plenty of fridge space as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the bidet and while it’s not a directly ski in or ski out condo, it’s a 3 min walk tops to the snowflake lift chair which will get you most of peak 8

We loved this spot in Breckenridge! It was our first time visiting the town, and it was walkable to multiple restaurants, breweries, shopping, and is extremely close to the ski lift. Julie was a wonderful host and the room had everything we needed. There was also a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains. We absolutely would stay here again.

Great location and cozy place. It helps that they have a garage
