We loved how many pool options there were and found the grounds to be really beautiful

Incredible place, beautiful, every detail was covered from a first aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, so many towels, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen (and we like to prepare most of our meals!), decorations, every drawer and cabinet organized and clean! We can't recommend Ita and her house enough! it was sad good central location to explore most of the central and west areas of Puerto rico- tanama river, charco Azul, other waterfalls and jungle/rainforest mountains! We also did some snorkeling... just perfect! Had a few mishaps, but Ita responded quickly and everything turned out great!

The villa is immaculate, with thoughtful design and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail has been considered for ease of access, with clear labels and readily available directions for any items that require them. We arrived at night, and the villa's patios and interiors were beautifully lit, making it easy to navigate and settle in. The kitchen is well-stocked, with clean and easily accessible appliances. Every area is thoughtfully equipped with expected essentials and delightful extras—ranging from Puerto Rican coffee to aloe vera for those moments when you’ve lingered too long in the sun. Rosemara is an exceptional host—always responsive and proactive in keeping us updated on local news that could affect our stay. For instance, during a mild power outage, we were only aware of it thanks to her timely notification. This brings me to a standout feature: Rosemara’s unit is equipped with both Tesla batteries and solar power, providing an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. A++++++

Great stay very easy to check in and out

I absolutely loved my stay in this condo! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and modern. I highly recommend this building, especially for large groups or family reunions, as it’s perfect for multiple families to stay together. We booked six units for our family reunion, and each one was affordable, well-maintained, and comfortable. Leslie was an amazing host! She promptly answered all our questions, suggested great activities, and was very understanding even when we were running behind schedule for checkout. Ultimately, we checked out on time thanks to her patience and clear communication. The condo itself exceeded our expectations. All the appliances worked perfectly, and having an espresso machine was a delightful bonus! It was also stocked with everything we could possibly need, and we were pleasantly surprised with an extra sweet treat at check-in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.
