Vacation rentals in Balneario Cerro Gordo

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manati. The view of the water and large deck makes this place totally worth it. The house is clean and very secure. It's a bit tricky to get inside with the gate and all the locks, but Ita was very helpful. She is friendly, communicates quickly and gave us lots of suggestions for our trip. We had a few issues in the beginning, but everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Ita made sure to supply us with coffee and beach towels which was much appreciated. AC and laundry facilities are a plus! You can walk to Mar Chiquita beach on the road or easily drive. It is a beautiful spot, just be mindful that the north coast is a bit rough for swimming in winter. We also went to Playa los Tubos which is so gorgeous and has a small playground for kids. Overall would recommend staying here!

The place met our expectations. The only issue was the one set of keys. The door had to be locked and unlocked with the keys so it was kind of an inconvenience when we weren't all leaving and returning together. The lockbox was useful but not always convenient at night if someone wanted to stay behind and sleep. They would either be locked in or have to get up to open the door. Other than that the place was perfect and would consider renting again. Communication was also great. It was also stocked with all that we needed as in essentials, less to have to pack.

We had a great trip and the apartment was what we expected. We recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was about a 1 minute walk to the beach that was a perfect size for our family (kids 8 & 10) and there were not many others on the beach which made it more relaxing. It was nice having 2 pool areas to choose from. The hosts were very quick to respond, especially regarding 2 items that were not there (umbrella and washing machine soap) and quickly provided those when asked. The other small amenities in the place were great (cooler, beach toys, wagon, board games, etc.) t was hard to figure out where the key was to get in, especially since we arrived at 4AM so it was dark and the directions were on the site in Spanish, but eventually we figured it out (key is in a lockbox on the back of the parking spot cement bumper). Other than that brief frustration it was lovely. Not many restaurants to walk to but we didn't care about that and liked a local bakery and pizza place we could walk to. Overall it was fairly quiet and a wonderful family vacation!

Loma DeCarolina was exactly as it was advertised.. super clean , she Answered me Promptly and when I couldn’t find the place… I was literally 30 seconds away… lol she was friendly and kind and stayed me me until I reached her adorable Airbnb. The lock box was a lil hard for me to open however my grandbaby assisted and we got it open. Lol .. It was a great fit for me and family as we are traveling la isla and stayed two days. Will stay here again🙂

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was SPOTLESS, modern, comfortable, and sweetly decorated. The location was perfect for our needs: in a very quiet and nice area of Condado, but still very close by foot to the hustle and bustle, as well as the beach. The parking spot was also very helpful. Dionisio was very responsive and kind, our family enjoyed our stay and appreciated all his help. We would stay here again :)

This is a great place. Book it - you won't be disappointed (especially for the price). Easy walk to the beach, local restaurants & casinos. Ferdinand and Antonio were very responsive. We stayed in Condado last year, but the ocean waves were rough & dangerous. Ilsa Verde Beach in Carolina was awesome & safe. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return.
