Quite honestly, this stay was everything we could have asked for. It’s a cute cozy 2bhk with ample amount of sunlight pouring in which makes you feel like home. Supriya has been a very understanding host and cooperated us with everything. There are two rooms: one AC and another non AC. The flat has a big parking spot and living here is like taking a breath of fresh air.

The host is very responsive and friendly. Great English. The people who are living downstairs are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Neighborhood is sweet but not without noise (in levels probably normal for India.) Best internet connection I've had during Asian travels no doubt. Only a couple of hiccups which were resolved quickly. A few power outages which are also normal for this country. People very friendly in this area in general. There are nearby temples and many autos available although English not widely spoken here.

I recently stayed at Govind's Vellayani Bungalow with family as I was attending a wedding in the vicinity, and it was an absolute delight to be there. The 4BHK villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and has a cozy and homely feel. The rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is equipped to make tea and toast (which we did) The spacious and verdant surroundings of the villa with the groundnut fruit tree, banana patches and jackfruit trees with a swing was simply wonderful. We got lost reaching the place. We completed a full "parikrama" of the Vellayani lake, saw red carpets of fresh red "keerai" (spinach) along the lakeside, interacted with fishermen catching "karimeen", spotted a cormorant, wnet up and down steep slopey Kerala roads before getting to the bungalow. We were simply charmed by being lost in God's own country.

We were very satisfied with the choice of this apartment. We found everything we wanted: a very clean, spacious, well-organized apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen. It is located in a very convenient area for services, quiet, a few steps from MG Road, one of the main arteries of Trivandrum. Very close by there are also excellent places that we tried, such as Mother's Veg Plaza, Zam Zam and Aruna. We would especially like to thank the host Mr. Vinoy for his kindness, for his attention to our every request and also for the many useful suggestions that we greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, we recommend this apartment.
