I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shibu's property, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Shibu was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

A super cozy place in convenient location in Fort Kochi. Quiet, clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary even a toaster and a blender. And there was a washing machine and a nice roof top to dry clothes, and it's not such a frequent facility in Indian rental homes as we found out. Eifi was nice, there was a tv with Netflix. ACs are new, working great. Sights are in a walking distance. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful and the check-in and checkout procedure was super easy

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

A Beautiful Modern Home will all the amenities and facilities that you could think of. Great host who is very proactive and concern about the guest well being and comfort.

Rismitty and her husband Joseph were superb hosts. They really cared about us and our visit and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. By the end of our stay I felt that we had become friends. The place itself was spotlesslessly clean, roomy, with simple but adequate furniture. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but it met our needs. Filtered water was available. Note that there isn't hot water in the shower, but that seems to be standard in India except in upscale hotels. For westerners the rates are very low. In short, I highly recommend this airbnb for a visit to Kochi.

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

The stay was very pleasant and the arrangements made were great. The host was readily available to sort and answer any queries we had. It was a good experience in the whole. Will visit again.

Had a really comfortable stay at this apartment in Kakkanad. The location was great,super close to Info Park and easy to reach from the main road. The place was clean and had everything we needed, including AC in two rooms, a fridge, and even a small kitchen setup for quick meals. Having restaurants close by was handy, and getting around was easy with Uber and food delivery options available. Parking and security were also taken care of, which was a nice touch. Overall, a convenient and cozy place to stay!

Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The location was perfect, close to local attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. The space itself was clean, modern, and had everything I needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips for navigating the area. This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Sujata’s Garden Loft for 6 weeks whilst attending appointments in Kochi and I can happily say that it was an excellent place for me to stay. Located in a safe, friendly family-oriented block, I felt very safe as a young woman staying alone. Sujata was a truly excellent host who was continuously responsive throughout my stay and made great efforts to assist me with anything that I needed. The garden terrace was a highlight for me, as well as the spaciousness of the whole apartment. It meant that I did not need to feel ‘couped up’ or claustrophobic during a longer stay. The location above a main road did mean that there was some moderate daily noise, but I think much less than if I was staying further into the town. Panampilly Nagar was a great location for me with independent stores, great coffee, walkability and family friendly areas where I felt totally at ease. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in Kochi and I would definitely recommend or return.

Naresh's place truly felt like home. The area is peaceful, and Naresh is always available to help with anything I needed. He even assisted me with my laundry and other errands. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. I can't wait to come back!

I personally appreciated them before leaving, one of the besttt stayyyyy that i ever stayed. Everything in the stay is functioning properly and its maintenance is top notch. The caretaker MR. ALEX is the sweetest malayali you would see in malayalam movies, if u just ask for anything he would help us right aways with no delay and such a friendly guy he is and he wil give a good tour to the house and explain you all the things there correctly and after that he doesnt disturb you until you checkout. Help you with travelling in local areas and he help us to choose local routes and ideas for visiting. The property is known for its peace and safety with biometric entrance and 24 hrs security who r really helpful people, in overall a well maintained property where i would surely return if i come to kochi ever.
