Had a great stay and the property is well maintained

The house was Beautiful with amazing views. Felipe was a great host. He was very responsive when trying to get info for different stuff prior to arriving. He helped with transportation as well. We didn’t stay long at this property however some of us wished we would have. The location was so peaceful with such a relaxing vibe to be able to unwind after a week of partying and running around. Location was not far from airport . Overall we enjoyed our time here.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Julio’s beautiful house. This time we went with friends to celebrate a birthday, all of them have lived in Costa Rica for decades, but were unfamiliar with San Isidro. They all were truly impressed by Julio’s property, its magnificent views, peaceful surroundings, large and gorgeous gardens, and the thoughtful way the house is managed. Jorge, the caretaker, was helpful and friendly. We took our friends to Bonsai Mundo just down the road, an outing that we highly recommend. Thank you for everything, Julio and Jorge! We hope to be back someday soon.

Be ready to fall in love—with the owner Robert, his excellent caretaker Maria (who gave us free fresh picked bananas) and mainly with exquisite property, better than pictured, in the most fantastic location. As a veteran AirBnB owner in Aruba we can say it sets the top standard with everything you would want in a prime location. Beautiful experience!

Overall, it was a great vacation stay for a family of 5. The spacious living area, kitchen, washer/dryer, bathrooms, and multiple bedrooms made for a very pleasant stay. The living room area and each bedroom had its own TV. There is a lot of natural sunlight if the shades and curtains are opened up. Its location on the main first floor made a for a very easy check-in and check-out although entering the building itself required a doorbell which was operated by security personnel via camera. The bathrooms were stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, lotion, and toilet paper which felt like a hotel stay. The kitchen contained everything needed for meal preparation. The kids watched TV in the large living room area next to a huge dining room table for family meals made it convenient and easy. Not a major deterrent is the external road noise from loud motorbikes inside the master bedroom which could be addressed by fulling sealing the external sliding door.

A little oasis in the city. Great spot that is near to the airport and car rental facilities. Cool decor and vibes!

My stay at Phil's place was truly a highlight of my 2.5 years living in Costa Rica. The gardens are an absolute masterpiece. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with cosy seating areas and little stools where you can simply relax and soak in the tranquility. If you are a meditator this place is a dream come true! There are also multiple viewing platforms offering stunning views of the valley and the surrounding forest. The vast array of plants, fragrant blooms and the sound of birdsong create a truly magical atmosphere, especially in the morning sunshine. Phil was an exceptional host, welcoming to both myself and my dogs. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds, rolling on the lawns and visiting the river at the property's edge. The guest house itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The sun-drenched patio was a perfect spot to unwind. An idyllic tropical haven! I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful residence with pleasant outdoor spaces (kitchen, pool...) and a comfortable suite for 4. Proximity to park and restaurants. A room a little noisy due to the nearby road and communicating with the master bedroom. Nice stop with very friendly owners.

We had an outstanding weekend. The house met our expectations. The gardens and the view are wonderful. Very well equipped. Oscar, who received us on the farm, super friendly and collaborating. Very friendly host too. We are hoping that we can return some day.

The homes were spotless. Very clean and well equipped. It's beautiful instead. You see birds and in the afternoon in the farthest se son monitos. The only negative thing I could say is that the place is a bit alone and that there is not like a mesh that privatizes the entrance to the house, but in reality I totally recommend it. Don Carlos and his family, who help in the house are also very friendly

We enjoyed our time in Heredia. Walters place was well located and we really appreciated that there was a park across the street for the kids. It was also close to the Spanish school where we were studying and to supermarkets, fruit stands, bakery and stores. Great patio for bbq. Walters daughters were extremely nice and accommodating.

Nice apartment to stay in while visiting San Jose. San Jose is not particularly a walkable city, but the neighborhood of this place is calm and has a small park where one can walk, sit on a bench, or walk a dog. The apartment itself was clean and as described, with stunning views of the city from. -KITCHEN. As described, no issues. Good enough for simple cooking. -LIVING ROOM. Great views from a 5th floor living room. -BEDROOMS. As described, beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. -BATHROOMS. Everything worked. One thing to note: showers with ceiling shower head only. No way to wash your body without wetting your head. The showers lack handheld shower heads. All in all, great place to stay in the city.

What a great host! Any issues I had he was there with no hesitation. The place was gorgeous and had an awesome view. I can’t wait to come back…

The place was a jungle paradise! Katrin was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, helping book activities and recommendations for the area. The pool was a nice added bonus to unwind at the end of the day and watch the monkeys and toucans around us. We stayed with our 18 month old daughter and would recommend to other families or couples traveling together!

Gorgeous home- is larger than the photos appear, and the pool area/garden is delightful. Perfect for our family of 5. Truly enjoyable setting for our vacation. Anna keeps the place pristine and Antonio manages the grounds-we felt very well cared for. May want to bring extra cash for tips for the property's amazing caretakers.

I received a warm welcome at check-in; very friendly hosts. The location is lovely, with grand views of the surrounding valley and hills. The trees and garden make it a peaceful oasis. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, as well as comfortable and cozy. Floor-to-ceiling windows make you feel like you are outside among the trees. The kitchen is better-equipped than you find in many Airbnb’s. As others have mentioned, you can walk to the town in about 15 minutes. There are also plenty of taxis in the town. I arrived in Atenas by bus, and had no problem getting around without a car. I would definitely recommend Cat and Yolanda’s place, and will stay there again in the future.

Sams apartment is well and luxury equipped. We enjoyed to sit on the terrace and it was just a few steps to go to be in the pool area. Supermarkets and restaurants reachable within 3 to 4 minutes walk. We enjoyed our time in del Pacifico
