I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

This place was really amazing. It was very easy to enter the address into the GPS and navigate. We drove 45 minutes from Los Americas Airport, but the drive was easy, and we stopped for food on the way in. The traffic was easy. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. It was a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Not once did I or anyone else feel unsafe in the neighborhood, even when we were in the house by ourselves. We spent a total of six days without any issues. We drove around the area to the grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and will answer questions quickly. The Jacuzzi was amazing, and the house had modern amenities to use. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend it. I enjoyed my stay, it was worth it. The place is beautiful and spacious only thing that bothered and I felt a breach of privacy was that there are cameras on the inside of the house, that made me and my friends uncomfortable, but other then they the camera, the place it worth it, the host and the assistant were amazing, very helpful and welcoming people. This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

I've lived 2½ hours away from Santo Domingo for 4 years and have visited the Zona Colonial many times. I love staying there for the history, restaurants, atmosphere, etc. I've always tried to stay on Calle Conde in a hotel with a balcony. But always enjoyed getting away from that tourist area and especially enjoyed walking down the streets where this house sits. Old women sweeping there sidewalk outside of the house they've lived in forever. Little fruit markets. Locals playing dominos. The real Zona Colonial. I took a gamble and reserved this house for 3 nights. Then I got nervous because my girlfriend had never been to Calle Conde. I worried that this old house would be small and lack the contemporary styling that makes us all feel like we are living good. Wrong. This place was way beyond my expectations. Updated with all modern desires, decorated with fabulous taste, We both absolutely loved it. Close to everything. Just walk. uh-oh..... no more charat
