House vacation rentals in Santo Domingo

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Very beautiful home, felt like home. This location is close to markets, stores and shopping centers. Franklin was very attentive to our needs. Upon initial inspection after my arrival, We came to find that there were issues with the washer. He was quick to get someone to fix it, meanwhile he contracted the local laundry to be at our disposal for any laundry needs (included pick up and drop off at the airbnb). I recommend Franklin to anyone who visits DR.

This place is great if you want to go with a group to enjoy. It is beautiful inside, immense and has many spaces to be able to recreate. The swimming pool is very good and deep, excellent for swimming. There is no time limit to listen to loud music, and it has its horn, domino table. We went super, and the place definitely played a role in this. I recommend it to 100.

This place is a hidden gem. The family had a wonderful time. Johanne was very responsive anytime we needed any assistance. The place is very roomy with modern day decorations. You will feel right at home.

Great place , Bryan very attentive !

This is a perfect location for a group. Each room is essentially an efficiency apartment with a small kitchen and bath. The history is evident and I love this part of the city. I recommend it highly. The pool however does not get much sun, but it’s charming and good for a dip!

Great place to stay reminds me of country side.

My husband and I stayed in the house with our 11 months old daughter. It was great, we had everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and the location is great. We could walk with our stroller through the old town. The accommodation had a babybed, but we ended up renting a babychair with babyquip.

Marianne’s place was as described. Very private & peaceful. Beautiful outdoor space for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at Rosanny’s place. I felt right at home and she was always responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be back :-)

The accommodation is better than in the photos, the very pleasant place with everything you need for a comfortable stay, Rossy was very kind and understandable with arrival since our flight was late, the sector was very nice with shops nearby and was close to tourist places, easy to get around using apps.

We were for a very comfortable and impeccable day,easy to get to.

Rafael was one of the best hosts I’ve had. He made me feel very comfortable and was helpful with his service and communication. His instructions were clear, and I enjoyed my stay with no issues. He even helped me to check in at an earlier time when I asked, as well as extend my stay at the property for an extra day. Thanks again for the unforgettable experience!

We absolutely love it! The house looks exactly like the pictures and it was very clean. We felt right at home, especially since the community is gated and we felt safe. I'll definitely be recommending this house to my family and friends.

Perfect for a girls’ trip!! So easy to get inside and great facilities. Only one bathroom but has hot water and great water pressure. Wonderful air and three separate bedrooms if you use the living room pull out!!!

I would say that this is a excellent price for what you are receiving their host was great. I text him several times. He responded back quickly. He met me at the location and showed me around. Everything was just great.
