Our entire stay was amazing, the apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated and most importantly had everything we needed! Coffee maker, mixer, toaster. It was great. We rented a bike from a shop around the corner and the beach was easily accessible by bike in around 15-20 minutes. Area felt very safe as did the apartment complex itself. There is a Seven eleven across the street and Oxxo in the building. The next small supermarket was 3 bike minutes away, a big one 10 minutes by bike. Augustina was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed and had great recommendations for the area. Thank you so much! If we ever come back to Tulum, we will rent this apartment again.

We loved it! The photos don't do it justice to how beautiful the apartment is. The building is very clean and modern. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The beautiful area and with many restaurants and cafes nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

The stay is a super comfortable and private place, you feel at home, inside the very comfortable and clean rooms. Quick access to the pool is amazing for you to relax. I stayed with two more friends and we were more than satisfied with the stay. A place that would return on my next visit to Cancun. 10 of 10. 👌 And the host Ernesto is very friendly and always attentive.

Great apartment, modern, clean, everything is new, bathroom is perfect, hot water on demand, kitchen is small but sufficient for 2 people, large fridge. Fast internet for zoom calls and Netflix. Nice balcony with a small table and 2 chairs (this table and a chair can also be brought inside for zoom calls for more privacy). Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the beautiful Coco Beach and 2 blocks from 5th avenue, so you are few steps away from all the action, but away from the noise. Many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores walking distance away. Full time front desk person adds more security. Highly recommended. The only thing that is missing in the kitchen is a dish drying rack (I asked for it, but I didn’t get it 🙁). I would definitely stay there again

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Excellent service, we had a problem with the second sheet but there was no issue to repair it and from there everything was fine, we had everything at hand, the washing machine was excellent which was a plus and the AC was very good, I would come back here without hesitation

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

The condo had everything we needed to be at our most comfortable during our stay. Beautiful entrance, secure and super friendly security guards at the gate, excellent ambassador to greet us, show us the condo, and who was also very responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful pool in the center courtyard, as well as tennis / pickle ball courts within the property. Short walk through the jungle and Fase 1 to get to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. Recommend!

I usually forget to leave reviews but I had to leave one for this place. This was PERFECT for my family and both Olu and Armida were amazing. Thank you for hosting us and allowing our family to make memories at your place…we will be back for sure!!!

When we entered the place, it felt like home for the next couple of weeks. Spacious and convenient, suitable for families or couples, the apartment has everything you need and more. During our stay, maintenance was handled by a management company that was attentive and very kind, and the owner was just a message away. The building is well-maintained, with a working elevator and a gorgeous pool. It's a 5-minute walk from Mega and Walmart, and an 8-minute walk from 5th Avenue. This place is one of those that you know you want to come back to. Thank you!

This Place was in an incredible location. Right beside grocery stores. Close enough to 5th avenue for some lively nights but just far away to not hear any noise. Roof top pool was an incredible touch along with the other amenities. Will definitely be coming and staying here again.

Firstly, the house is absolutely beautiful and furnished in such a tasteful and homely way, you could want for nothing else for a bit of luxury on holiday. It has every amenity you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies, plus Julie and Jessica were on hand for anything else (including putting up with our hundreds of questions!). Both were so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for trips or restaurants, it was much appreciated. In terms of location, it’s perfect, in a quiet green gated community, which is a flat and easy 10-15 minute cycle to the beach/shops, which is not overly touristy and has beautiful white sands to relax on or take a snorkelling trip out to the reef. Julie kindly provides three bikes at the house, but you can rent more if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

Wow wow wow. What an incredible space to arrive to after a day of travelling, my only regret is not booking it for longer. Every detail was well thought out, it was comfortable, clean and basically gorgeous. 10/10
