Miguel was aware of our needs. The apartment is very nice, it is clean, the beds super comfortable and the condominium is amazing to walk in the pool and go to the beach. There are tienditas nearby, they are all very friendly. Thank you Miguel, we will definitely be back .

Beautiful hidden gem in the historic area of Merida. Our favorite hangout spot was the atrium since it was so peaceful . Everything was clean which is always welcome especially with a young family. Great restaurants and museums are close by. Definitely recommended.

So happy that we have found this place ! We stayed almost 6 weeks at this beautifull house. The 3 rooms are just nearly perfect honestly, even if nothing is. We cooked A LOT so the kitchen well equiped was a must for us ! At any moment we could rely on Manuel for anything from help to solving stuff with the house ! We were all alone for the full duration of our trip so it was very intimate and quiet. The pool and the place near the sea was our playground with the kids :) Know that there is a big contruction site next to the house. At start we were a bit scared for many reasons but mexican workers were not to loud during our stay. Keith is responsive and he made us feel like our well being was important for him !

We made a last-minute reservation with two Chihuahua puppies. Nelson welcomed them very kindly. The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos. It has parking, a fully-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker, a water jug, a refrigerator, a blender, the whole apartment has WiFi, two bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a large bed and a TV with Roku and a terrace, a large bathroom, hot water, and the best thing was that it has a pool and an enclosed garden where we could take our dogs out all the time to keep them from doing their business inside the apartment. There is also a small store near the place to buy water or a snack. We would definitely come back, thanks Nelson

This house exceeded all our expectations. The amenities are exceptional, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of to make our stay perfect. Everything was spotless: the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the outdoor areas, both upstairs and downstairs, were great for relaxing. The value for money is unbeatable. The kitchen is amazing and fully equipped with everything you could need to cook, which was a huge plus. There’s also a large TV with excellent sound, perfect for enjoying movies or videos with the family. My family had an unforgettable stay here. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. I absolutely loved it!

We really liked the stay in the apartment, everything was very clean, it felt safe and comfortable, the only thing we would add would be a TV in the room, everything else was very good :)
