It's a clean and large room in a partially opened hotel with 100 rooms. Rooms have a climate control sistem. Stilish rooms are comfortable and clean. Thay have everithing for stay. These large room is capable for family with 3 kids (there is a baby cot for kids under 2 years) Hotel is in the quite area not far from a busy centre.

Honestly, the price-quality difference, for example, with Tbilisi today! The place is perfect for your money with a beautiful view of the whole city and Ararat, in the hotel you can order homemade delicious food and homemade pomegranate wine at prices cheaper than if you go to eat in the city. The room is cozy and clean, bed linen and towels are ironed and smell clean! My husband broke his leg and was on crutches, so it was convenient to check in because the Armenian stone chalet-style rooms with separate entrance are small cabins, in the room there is a working air conditioner and TV with cable channels in different languages, air-conditioned heating to any request hosts immediately and very politely responded. Of the disadvantages in principle, the whole of Armenia, which with the Internet without fiber optic, especially in windy weather, there may be severe disruptions and communication and the Internet, but this is more to the situation in general, and not to this place! shops nearby were not used so I can't say where) thank you ♥️

A wonderful, fantastic experience, visiting the wonderful, ancient and majestic country of Armenia. The most comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city Yerevan, close to everything and very quiet and peaceful at night. Wonderful bed, very comfortable bathroom and modern and designed very well, wonderful host who is very attentive and very caring and kind.

I had an enjoyable stay at Lana’s place, I really liked the neighborhood, it has a lot of cafes and restaurants and always very active, it’s at the center so everywhere is a short walk away. The place is more like a private room with an en-suite bathroom in a house, shared with 2 other rooms. But the guests stayed at the other rooms were very quiet, I never met any of them during my stay and I wasn’t disturbed in any way either. I also enjoyed my interaction with Lana, she’s always smiling when I run into her in the house, and always responds immediately when I message her. She kindly arranged an airport pick up on my check in day and let me store my luggages for a few hours on my check out day. I ended up staying more nights than planned and if the place hadn’t been booked, I would’ve stayed longer. Overall I’d recommend Lana’s place to anyone who’s visiting Yerevan!
