Monthly Rentals in Woodlawn

My wife and I stayed here to go to Caddo Lake State Park, Daingerfield State Park, and explore Jefferson. The historic house was awesome, cozy, clean, and relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood too. Great job Cortney we will be back!

The cottage was very peaceful and so convenient to the town. Loved the quirky ambience. So much to discover. Anna was nice enough to let me check in early. I would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at this beautiful home. 2 cousins and their spouses meeting at Jefferson (1/2 way for each ) for over 20 years. We have stayed in several places, and this one is our absolute favorite! The kitchen is great to fix our meals, and we never want to leave the fantastic front porch! We will definitely be back. Comfortable home with a great mix of historic detail and modern finishes. Great location if you need to be in downtown Marshall and just a minute away by foot from The Ginocchio, a fantastic restaurant in the area. Ayke was super responsive when I had some issues checking in. Would highly recommend staying here when in Marshall.
