Monthly Rentals in Woodford County

This is my second time staying at Floretta's place for Bourbon Trail explorations and both times have been very enjoyable experiences. Great communication prior to arrival, quiet location, and a clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated home. Plus, I really appreciate the care Floretta puts into hosting, as the experience of staying here is definitely increased by all the little extras - coffee, bottles of water, granola bars. All around a great value!

Cottage was adorable, cozy, relaxing and the farm views, horses, beautiful! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as described, with lots of helpful tips and tricks. Checking in and out was a breeze. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful for the most part. There is a fire station right down the road, so you will hear the occasional siren. It is a perfect get away spot for a couple. There is an adorable coffee shop right across from the apartment. Over all we are pleased with the entire experience. The designer is very talented!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.
