House vacation rentals in Woodfin

Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Overall house was great. Clean, great space for a large group, good location (not too far from dt). Move impressive with how well MTP did with communicating with me in a timely manner and working with our group. There was a snow storm during our stay and the road getting into the neighborhood is very steep and we were concerned about sliding down hill. MTP allowed us to extend our checkout a little longer to wait for the ice to melt. They also responded quickly when I called at the time I checked in: I was pulling up to the house when two cars were already at the home, which made me uncomfortable. I called MTP to ask who they were since it was already three hours past the check-in time (they happened to be cleaners). They looked into it very quickly, within minutes. Basically - their communication response time is impeccable and their overall communication and listening to your concerns and working with you was super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariposa Ridge! We love the Walkertown neighborhood of Black Mnt and this home is gorgeous and was the perfect spot for our holiday stay. Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect place for our family Christmas. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The hot tub was a perfect end to each day! We will definitely book again !

This was a family getaway with our 3 kids, their spouses and 7 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacey. Inside activities were collectively exceptional: air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool table, large screen TVs. Outside activities were great: swimming pool, fire pit, hot tub and a huge backyard for playing wiffle ball or catch, or soccer, or volleyball practice. Kids that ranged from 2 to 11 always had something to do; many air hockey games and lots of hot tub time. The property management team is one of the best we have experienced. I raised several minor issues after check in and they addressed them immediately. They struck me as truly being committed to guest satisfaction as they were easy to access directly; a rarity in an age of AI based, time wasting, useless response systems; easy to rate this property as 5 star.

Great place! Comfortable, well decorated, well appointed. The pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. The place even has yoga mats. Location both private and bucolic but also close enough to the highway. Highly recommended rental!

Excellent place. Tons of items from pots and pans to extra batteries. The best stocked unit I have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Top notch instructions for all aspects of unit. Excellent location. A++++

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain lodge. The views from every room of the house are spectacular and we had everything we needed for a winter getaway to the mountains. The location and proximity to both Black Mountain and Asheville are ideal for eating out, shopping, and exploring these great towns while also giving a quiet place to retreat to. The hosts were very responsive during our stay despite it being the holidays and we would stay with them again.

The place is great, and Catherine was very responsive and proactive. We had a problem with the cleaning, and on the same minute, she was able to solve this problem. The view is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay with Susan. The house is super clean with modern appliances and in a super quiet neighborhood. Downtown Asheville is just a short drive or Uber and we walked to the great pizza joint in 10 minutes. A super place to stay, will stay here again when in Asheville.

This unit was the perfect spot for our family to land while is Asheville. Everything is nice, newer and in great shape. Floorplan was wonderful- had everything we needed for our stay!

We had come to help with the hurricane disaster relief. It was great having a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day.

We had a lovely stay in Connie’s place. Perfect for three couples to celebrate the new year. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub. Would love to come back in the summer time

Amazing stay with Melissa! This place had everything we needed, and more, plus was super cozy for the area’s first snow storm in 3 years. Loved the decor, how clean everything was, and the thoughtful touches for convenience and families. We’ve stayed at many Asheville Airbnb’s, and Melissa’s place here might just be our favorite. We’d love to come back!

We had a great stay at Holly’s place. It was clean, well stocked, and felt secluded while still being a short drive from downtown Asheville. Holly was communicative and accommodating.

We booked with Ian last second due to our previous airbnb not being ready and the hot tub was broken… Ian was quick in action to have cleaners get to the house before we finished biltmore, the house was beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the privacy his house had to offer! This property we stayed at was by far the best house and the cleanest of all properties I have ever stayed at! The property is VERY close to downtown Asheville!! 10/10 recommend booking with this host!!

This was an excellent choice for our extended family. My parents, myself, and each of my kids had their own private bedrooms. In addition, there were two bathrooms upstairs plus a half-bath downstairs. We enjoyed lots of areas to sit and visit with family. The dining table was big enough to accommodate us all and we even had enough room to play several card games. The kitchen had a nice big refrigerator/freezer and was well stocked with anything we needed. The Keurig got lots of use since we are all big coffee drinkers. I liked that we didn't have to bring any linens/towels. In addition, having a washer and dryer on site made it easy to have plenty of clean towels to use. The hot tub outside was an added perk!

We loved every minute of our stay at this house. In fact it was so perfect that we didn’t even leave the house for our 3 night stay! The view from the living room is incredible. The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the mountain view from there as well. It was very quiet and peaceful at the house.

Guys do you want to visit Asheville? This place is the best place to live, like a little palace
