Avery was amazing! She communicated with me from the moment I booked and all the way through our trip. Her house is wonderful and the views are spectacular at all times of day. Avery goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable for your stay and recommended some awesome local places for us to explore. If you’re looking at staying near Winter Park or Granby Ranch, this is the perfect location. Avery’s attention to detail and hospitality truly made this stay unforgettable. It was such a rewarding stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great getaway in the area!

We had a terrific week at this incredible house! It is RIGHT next to the trails so we walked/skiied right out the door and didn't even need to use our cars all week. The house was incredibly clean, well stocked, and super- comfortable and cozy. The gas fireplace turned on with a wall switch! Cheryl asked us if we wanted a Christmas tree since we were there over Christmas day, so that was a delightful touch to arrive with one there. Thank you! The entire experience was even more that we could ask for. Oh- and the hot tub was terrific too!

Wonderful house and well stocked with everything needed for a week stay. Also we had 3 kids 5 yo and under and the house was super kid friendly and set up for family fun! Such a memorable vacation for me and my family! Only issue was parking in the driveway and getting out of driveway with all the snow and ice but was totally worth it!

Anna and her fellow co-hosts were very responsive and the place is exactly how it was described. They thought of everything - including items that some may forget to bring! Very clean and offered a lot of amenities!

5-stars doesn’t even suffice! Such a rare gem. Everything is brand new, well designed and comfortable. The property is super convenient to winter park but truly felt like our own little bubble of nature, didn’t see a soul and enjoyed epic mountain views in solitude. We made a sledding run right next to the house that the kids loved. Lea went out of her way to make sure we had all the gear we needed for the kids as well and was super communicative. Would love to return next winter!

We loved this place. Not too far from downtown Winter Park, 8 minutes from Winter Park resort to do activities. In a private, nice quiet area. The place was very spacious and cozy. Loved the hot tub. Place was clean. Garage was convenient to park car inside, especially with it snowing.

Beautiful, modern condo just past Winter Park. Private hot tub on the balcony was amazing after spending the day in the mountains! Host was friendly and very responsive to questions

The place is a perfect winter getaway,Brett's home is great for a family vacation , it was clean and very spacious with thoughtful interior decor. It is close by to supermarkets and other restaurants and perfect place to stay and ski in winter park.

The home is beautiful and fit our group of 12 adults very comfortably. We’d love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and Christina thought of everything that would be convenient to have especially for kids! The small details mattered. I would stay here again and every time we go to the Fraser area!

Beautiful views, comfortable layout. Super kid friendly and close to all kinds of winter adventures! Alysha was very helpful, even coordinating with the plow service when our car got stuck in the snow in the driveway. We absolutely recommend! Note that Google maps sent us the wrong way, so use Alysha’s instructions to find the place, not google maps. And if you’re coming in the winter, you need 4WD and snow tires to make it up the driveway!

My group and I had a fantastic stay! We loved how many elements made the place kid-friendly with a kids’ seat for the kitchen and a portacrib. We had such a good time and the hosts were very communicative.

Caroline's place, Glacier House, was great for us. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 dogs. The house is in a quiet area with trees and views of mountains. We were there during a particularly cold Colorado storm with below zero temperatures and were warm and cozy! The deck and yard area was under several feet of snow so we were not able to use that feature but it looked inviting!

Our stay was great! The house was very spacious for our party and we felt very at home. It was well stocked with what we needed and we also made use of a few of the unique things it had (sauna, espresso maker, etc). Liz was very responsive. We would love to stay again next time we’re near Winter Park.

We celebrated my husband's family Christmas here. The place was the perfect location and space for us. The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. It was perfect to be relatively close to a grocery store as we made most of our meals at the house. We hiked the neighborhood trails as well as the local Fraser trails in the snow. There were sleds in the garage we use to sled down the driveway and roads with the toddlers. From the front door, we saw a moose two mornings in a row and a bear. Amazing!

My family enjoyed the condo very much! My kids especially appreciated the heated pool and hot tub. The clubhouse is very nice. The sledding hill for kids, several restaurants and stores are all within close proximity. We walked a lot, even though it was cold and snowy! We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. The pullout bed was missing sheets the first night, but Susan got them to us the next morning! Great views from the condo. I would love to come back to this area in the summer to enjoy the playground, shows, and other warm weather fun. It was quite cold/snowy while we were there, but the rest of my family got in some good skiing, and I enjoyed the fireplace and the beautiful scenery! Thanks for a great stay!

The space was perfect for our few days of skiing in Winter Park. It was beautiful, well stocked, a great location, and our hosts were communicative and responsive. We also loved the hot tub and heated pool right across the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was wonderful in every way! Super peaceful location, cozy feeling and a great spot to bring your furry friend! Only about 25 min from winter park, made it super easy to ski and get to a ton of great restaurants. Laurel is such a sweet host and super responsive! Will stay again!

This was a really nice stay at a little inn! I liked all the inn had in it and how the room was decorated. Krista and Scott were very responsive whenever needed.

This place was fantastic for our ski adventure at Winter Park! Very close to the action with a lot of restaurants close by as well as a grocery store and liquor store right before getting into the neighborhood! Very comfy space with lots of fun games and a great TV to entertain ourselves with when we weren't skiing!

Outstanding place to stay in Granby. I would stay here again at a moment's notice. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. Great place to stay!

This condo was great for our two night getaway. Close handicap parking, just a few stairs outside, for my elderly father. Awesome Clubhouse and park just across the lot. Glad we could also bring the mutt and enjoy Fraser and skiing WP. Great and prompt communication with Alex.
