Erik & Brianne place was not only cozy and clean, I love that they have cast iron cookware and options other than Teflon or other toxic, nice cotton linens AND a fabulous hot tub! Thank you for great hospitality and kindness🌹

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this home to others. The owner was very responsive and provided great instructions.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The reviews are accurate-our stay was so enhanced by the special warmth of the hosts in sharing this unique and comfortable space. Kitchen has every convenience-espresso in the am and perfectly large for holiday cooking! Would come back whenever visiting FoCo!

I would give a 10+ to our stay at this home. Everything in this home was spotless and has all the modern convivences. It was the kind of house that felt like home.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

Our stay was wonderful! We felt right at home. It was easy to find and so close to the CSU campus. Kate was very responsive and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay! Check in was super easy and Anthony gave clear info of the stay. I loved that there was a heater and it kept the house so warm!! Laundry was great and everything was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great! Location was awesome and hosts were super quick, responsive, and helpful. They even shoveled our path before we got up because it snowed the night before.

This unit is super cute, comfy and cozy for two people. Loved the Weecasa Village and all the unique tiny houses. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Boulder providing us access to all the shops, restaurants and hiking. Local coffee house was great breakfast spot with a super friendly staff. All in all it was a great experience.

Everything we needed for a cozy Thanksgiving stay! Conveniently located to downtown and lots of other amenities. Because this wasn't clear to me in the description, I'll call it out for other considering guests — you get both sides of the duplex, but they are NOT accessible to each other inside the units. You have to go outside and then back inside to get to the other unit. It wasn't a big deal, but we didn't expect it.

Very clean, exactly as described, matches pictures. The bedroom has plenty of space even with the three beds. Helpful and responsive communication made getting in and out easy.

Jenny was responsive, patient, and clearly communicated house rules. The house was charming and clean with a great layout for an Airbnb. The location was within walking distance of some top spots in Loveland, but the area it's in was quiet and we had no issues finding parking. Lastly, pricing was competitive, and we weren't hit with any hidden fees after checking out. I'd highly recommend if you're in the area.

This was a perfect home for a weekend away! We had quite the large group and those was accommodating for all of us! The home has a gorgeous open floor plan and a fabulous back yard! It was everything we needed for our stay and will be back again!
