We had an amazing stay! My 4 year old daughter was obsessed with every room and couldn’t wait to get back to the house to play- it made leaving the theme parks a breeze! 😂 we had a total of 11 people and everyone slept comfortably!

I have stayed in a number of Airbnb rentals before, and this one definitely was my best experience. The place looks nicer then the picture's, was spotlessly clean, and was so well stocked, all while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Carla was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and always responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this house!! Its a 10 star!!

Modern Family Friendly 3 bed 2.5 bath Townhome!

We are happy with our choice. The house is exactly the same as in the pictures and has many useful amenities, especially for those with small children. The condominium is organized and cute. Distance is ok by Orlando standards. Check in very easy. The only point we were upset about was the checkout that, as we have a baby, we like to let her wake up later and delayed the checkout by 30 minutes to pack… for this brief delay at checkout we paid a $50 fine. We find it too expensive, unfortunate. Of course, everything is very nice!

Had a lovely stay, really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The place was very comfortable and had what we needed. The area was nice and quiet. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations and couple of water bottles which were just what we needed when our flight in had gotten delayed. Would definitely recommend!

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, it is very comfortable for 4 people, you have a Walmart 2 minutes away, a Shell service station the same... 20 minutes from Disney and 30 from Universal. The stay was perfect and Edna was always ready to help with whatever was needed. The spacious master bedroom, large bed... the boys' room is also very nice, it's made like a loft, I would just find a way to let less light into that room (the boys solved it with a mask) IF YOU GO TO DISNEY, don't hesitate to book this place, which also includes a beach club and the hotel services of the Holliday Inn.

Staying at Marize’s condo in Vista Cay was like a perfect home away from home. I was in Orlando on business, so after long days it was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment that had everything I needed. Within easy reach of whatever you would need for business or pleasure and a Walgreens or Publix only a stones throw away. Marize was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering flexibility and detailed instructions on check in and departure. I’ll be coming to Orlando several times a year and will enjoy booking with Marize again.

Elliot was the blessing in disguise we needed. We existed from Tampa, specifically south Tampa where the storm was predicted to be absolutely catastrophic. And it was. Our home is fine and thankfully we were able to get power back already. Elliot was extremely responsive. Very considerate of our situation and let us extend on a daily basis as needed as long as the townhome didn’t get booked before we extended. He made us feel comfortable and checked on us throughout to make sure we were okay, as we were also riding out the less powerful, but still windy and rainy Milton, in Orlando. It was a perfect evacuation spot and I felt very safe there throughout and could not had been happier with our emergency evacuation/vacation. Even managed to snag a Disney day before Milton hit. Thanks again Elliot! Will stay with you again in the future if we make our way to Orlando for any vacations. For now, it’s time to pick up and get back to work.

Very secure place to stay. The resort is really well maintained and clean with great things for families to do. the house was nice and met our needs. Perhaps could do with a little spruce so some things didn't look worn. Very clean and tidy though with great utilities in the kitchen. The host was great with communication and very responsive to questions. We had a really great stay!

Clean and well kept. Very comfortable. Only two minor disappointments: 1) did not have coffee for the coffeemaker; 2) had pancake mix, but not allergy friendly - would have been nice to have a supply of plain flour and maybe baking powder. But really a great place. Would stay there again.

Carlos was great and responded so fast, even accommodated an extra night for us. We did universal while there and it was the best and easiest drive. No traffic. We stayed in Davenport once and traffic was over an hour long on the interstates. We come to Florida all throughout the year. This will be our spot from now on. The area has everything you need. I really enjoyed our stay.

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit
