Pamela and Alan are amazing hosts! They were extremely responsible and flexible, which made our stay quite worry-free. Their home is beautiful and kept neat, and the scenery surrounding the home was lovely as well, especially with the snow. Their kitchen had everything we needed and more, from pots and pans to seasonings and oil, which made cooking an easy experience. The wood stove and hot tub are such unique bonuses too, and even through we didn't utilize them much, I'm confident others will enjoy it. No complaints whatsoever, and highly recommended to anyone.

Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

This cabin is very cool. Rustic and comfortable, and a five minute drive in any direction from a number of great restaurants and things to do. The sauna was so lovely, the whole place felt like you had the joy of cabin living without actually having to rough it, if that makes sense. Jon was very responsive, had a ton of recommendations in the area, and when we had a question, he was, and please excuse this terrible but necessary joke, Johnny-on-the-spot. If we liked hiking, there were places to do that very near. We don’t, so we didn’t do any of that - but other people should! All in all, great stay, great experience, very relaxing. 10 of 10, would recommend.

Perfect 😊. More than worth it for the price. As a family that visits windham often this was a great deal. The place is perfect, great location and super cozy. Has all amenities you could need and was clean. Host was super easy to get in touch with and everything was so easy. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Would definitely book again.

Great house, great host, great views. This house had many televisions all equipped with roku TVs and access to almost every app. We have many Airbnb experiences, and the full access to media was a nice touch that you dont always get. Ray was great, he even stopped by with a gift for our family on New Years Eve. 10 out of 10.

We loved Simon's place and Simon was an excellent host. The home is even more lovely than the pictures can show. It is so clean, gorgeous lighting and furnishing choices, comfortable couches, beds, linens, great views from big windows, and an amazing yard. It's charming and one of our favorite Abnbs of all time, hands down. One small note for future guests--we were staying during a cold front (like 7-8 degrees outside) and since the fireplace is finicky and the heat turned off and on, it did get chilly. Don't hesitate to use the space heaters to get the lounge room a bit warmer. Simon is aware of both concerns, quick to respond, and problem solve. We hope to be back soon!

Cute cabin tucked away in the Catskills, not too far from lots of different hiking trails. Hot tub was great, outside area was very peaceful at night, and I felt very cozy the whole time. There is a wood burner in the bedroom but be careful if you feed it too much it the room gets VERY warm haha. Overall a lovely experience, and the host is a nice guy, super communicative and accommodating.

We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway for the long weekend that allowed dogs. Nilda 's lovely, cozy rustic cabin was the perfect venue. The place was fully stocked with amenities and creature comforts that were thoughtfully curated to ensure guests had all they could need and more. We spent our evenings warm by the fire watching the snow fall. During the day we got to explore the wintry wonderland on Nilda's private property and enjoy the local downtown shops, trails, and restaurants. There was also a fenced in yard where the dog could run free - something he rarely gets to do in the city. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back! We stayed at Firefly cabin for a fall getaway, and to go mining for Herkimer diamonds. This place is so magically beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Having everything there such as firewood, kayaks, books/games/TV, made it that much harder to leave. The lake is beautiful, was so nice enjoying the foliage all around. The fire pit was awesome! Beds were comfortable, and I actually liked having my own linens/towels. The claw foot tub was my best friend after mining all day! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing cabin, Linda and Steve. We hope to return in a warmer time to take full advantage of the lake!

What a lovely cabin in a lovely spot. Loved it here-would stay again. I highly recommend purchasing wood and using the wood stove. We stayed during 6-10 degree weather and this stove warmed the space. Thank you Charles.

We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!
