Vacation rentals in Otsego County

Close to All-Star Village. Kids absolutely loved the lake with canoe and paddle boat. Plenty of room on side of house to play wiffle ball as well. Owner was very nice and communicative throughout.

Our group of six had a great stay! The house was exactly as described, and Michael was always friendly and quick to respond in his communication. Cell service is a little spotty in the broader area, so try to enter the home address into your GPS before you depart :) Once we were inside and connected to the WiFi we had no issues! All the amenities were available as listed, and we had plenty of leisure space between the living room, kitchen, and outdoor seating area (with fire pit). There were lovely country views from the backyard to wake up to - we spent each morning outside relaxing with our coffee. Overall a great stay and great host!

We spent a week at a tiny home and loved our stay. The property sits on a large beautiful lawn with lovely pine trees, we spent time by the fire pit on comfy chairs, grilled food outdoors and had meals at the picnic table. House is spacious for its name and pretty cozy. Everything looks new and clean. Location is perfect. We definitely would want to come back and highly recommend it to others. Thank you Brad for providing this lovely gem! 

We had a lovely stay at Sandy’s cabin! It was spacious, bright, peaceful, relaxing, and well equipped. We were able to enjoy sunrise over the water while drinking coffee each morning before venturing out to wineries and Cooperstown. It was a perfect balance! Sandy was a good communicator and was always available for questions and recommendations. She asked our permission to have someone stop over to repair the fireplace during our stay- she was receptive when we declined for him to come in the morning and helped coordinate the repairs for while we were out for the day. We were surprised to find the cabin located quite close to neighboring cabins, but all the neighbors were friendly and quiet so it made no difference to us. We enjoyed our weekend thoroughly!

Our family had a great time staying here for a holiday gathering. The living area is very spacious, everything was spotless, and the backyard was a hit for the dogs to run around. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful location. You can see the stars so clearly. Large expanse of wilderness that helps you to disconnect from the busyness of the world around you. Phone reception was fine (if you still need it). Mornings on the front patio or back porch are so peaceful. Bring an extra pair of shoes if you want to take a morning walk through the dew-covered grasses. Plenty of room for people to sleep — we brought our own pillows but there is an abundance of them supplied, so we used some as they were comfortable. Beds were soft but comfortable, as well. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities, including coffee. It’s a long way off the beaten path, down multiple unpaved roads (but overall the roads are good, at least when the weather is agreeable).

All the reviews are correct! Stylish, modern, cozy house. Very clean, and one of the most well stocked airbnb kitchens I have encountered. Gorgeous views, private. Very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend for a couple or small family getaway.

I keep coming back to Joshua's place when I work in Cooperstown. The Bungalow is close to town, quiet, clean and comfortable. Joshua is a great host.
