Monthly Rentals in Wichita

We were in town for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament and were looking for an affordable and convenient to Inbank Arena. This place fit both criteria. Comfortable, easy to get into, and out, a short walk to the arena, clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Sarah was very responsive and super easy to deal with.

I love this place. I’ve stayed several times (first time in this side) and I love it. Will be my go to place whenever I’m in Wichita!!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy place. The room perfectly matches the description—it’s spacious, featuring a large TV and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a small oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to cook. All my requests were responded to very quickly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I spent an incredibly comfortable month here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
