Such a beautiful place to stay...the views are stunning as is the sunrise every morning...so memorable. Maggie was an exemplary host from booking to check-out and during my 5 week stay made sure that I was comfortable and checked-in with me without being intrusive. It's perfectly situated to explore the area and has wonderful walks from the front door. The home is very clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a long stay. Thankyou, Maggie!

Lovely little loft apartment set in beautiful surroundings and private grounds. Very chic decor, lovely comfy bed - slept like a log! I would recommend staying here, thank you for having me.

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

This was a terrific place for just me for about 5 weeks. The cottage is behind the main house and hardly anyone was there when I stayed, so it was very quiet and private. The cottage itself is cute and nicely decorated. The entire upstairs is the bedroom, so very spacious with a super comfortable bed - very cozy and warm. The kitchen has a nice fridge and the stove and oven work great. The location is terrific, within walking distance to grocery stores, and the fantastic M&S Foodhall is right across the street. The train station is only 10-minutes walk as well. Really great value, and Tina is very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this cottage if you are staying in the area!
