Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Westcliff-on-Sea

We stayed at Ian's for 6 nights & we found the house clean & comfortable. The beds were really comfortable & the area was quiet. It was lovely having the garden especially as the weather was dry & sunny. We now live in Scotland & travelled down south to visit friends & family & as we know the area reasonably well this location was ideal. Ian was available if we had any queries & he was a great host

excellent service provided by Aairbnb, from starting to end. I will book si many holidays, before I paid for expensive hotels. tbe house that HIRED FROM AIRBNB WAS EXTREMELY HOMELY.. MY CHILDREN AND WIFE WE VERY SAD TO LEAVE 😥

Beautiful cottage! Jan was responsive and helpful to our requests. Spent just one night for a wedding but will go back. The cottage is beautiful and Jan left an unexpected welcome basket. Would definitely recommend

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. Thank you for everything during our stay, Janet!

very well arranged and very convenient Quiet neighborhood with all comforts clean and well furnished only downside, impossible to darken the bedroom completely ( no shutters or dr blinds) so bcp of light in the early morning

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Ideal spot to visit family in Rayleigh. Very clean and tidy and well equipped. Every thing we needed and the hamper was a lovely touch. Enjoyed Belfairs park, the Inn and Heidi’s recommendation Legra. Dogs made very welcome providing towels, treats and poo bags.

This place is amazing in many aspects! Highly recommend for a family visiting the area and also for exploring London in a 40 minutes ride with the train. The flat is very spacious, modern, with many amenities, well equipped and with a lot of nice touches! Situated in literally 1 min walking distance from the train-station. A very modern residential area 5 min away from the historical center of Rochester. Would definitely choose this place again

Fab place closed to train station and gorgeous beaches nearby. Definitely walk to Frinton and get out early before tide takes away the beach! We will be back!

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

We visited Janets home for my Wifes 40th and there were 4 of staying, Janet was fantastic and helped with the exact trains to get and directions from the train which made the trip so easy from the get go, especially as we were not scheduled to get in until close to midnight but even this was not a problem. The appartment was lovely had all we needed and we would absolutely want to go back there again, the place was so peaceful. Great Host, Great appartment, great location, overall superb experience and had a great time.

A very nice apartment over two floors, everything was spotless and had a feeling of space. Beds were comfortable and bed linen was good quality. The bathroom was very clean and looked brand new. Karim answered a few queries i had quickly, and we felt very welcome.

The place is as great as it is described, the guide provided is really helpful and the hosts were always responsive 🙂

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.

I booked this as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner and it exceeded what i had in mind, the view was amazing and so close to town we could park and not worry about getting around.
