Vacation rentals with beach access in West Wittering

Felt right at home in this homely, quiet and spacious flat right on Southsea Common. Great location, just a 3 minute walk from Palmerston Road with a host of great pubs and restaurants and of course a small walk to the sea. Facilities were modern, clean and intuitive to use. Comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe. Really was fantastic!

A great flat, exactly as described with superb sea views from a spacious and comfortable furnished lounge. The flat is light and airy and had everything we needed for our stay - Prosecco and choccies on arrival was an added bonus! Bed very comfy and so nice to go to sleep and wake to the sound of waves breaking… we walked the beach each day and enjoyed visiting the local village for provisions - Knead, the butchers and Rosarios (great tasting pizza) deserve a particular mention. We definitely recommend this flat and will be returning!

I stayed in the apartment for work for almost a month. It was very comfortable and I felt very at home. The bed is comfortable, the bay windows let in so much light during the day, it was warm, clean and just generally lovely! Matt is a fantastic host. He’s so responsive helpful and kind. All in all a brilliant stay

Alfred was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating to us which was much appreciated as we travelled as a family of four for the first time, with a new baby and toddler in tow. The air bnb was great value and had everything we need. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent again. We've stayed with Catherine many times and happy to go again. The apartment is great with everything you need. The beach and promenade is a short walk and not far from town centre and restaurants.

We had a wonderful few days here in Feb half term. Comfy beds, loads for the kids to do in the house (pool table, table tennis table, games, zip wire in the garden). Walking to the beach via Berry Barn Lane to watch the sunset, play hide and seek in the dunes, and fly was kite was a favourite daily activity! Plus crabbing, fish and chips on the beach, a great trip to the South Downs Planetarium and science centre…. Would love to return.

Beautiful location with beach and sea views from the garden and terrace, through the back gate of the enclosed garden straight onto the beautiful sandy beach….three generations had an absolutely lovely time here and will definitely be back!

We had a magical Christmas at the property! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas with outside lights, a Christmas tree, lots of decorations throughout the house and even Christmas bedding! A great location right near the seafront with a few minutes walk to a few pubs and takeaways and a local shop. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back to enjoy the lovely garden in the summer!

Beautiful house, the large dining table and upstairs sitting room meant it was great for spending time with family. Thoughtful little extras like fresh milk in the fridge, and useful things like dishwasher tablets in the kitchen meant we didn’t have to go out and get everything for a 3-night stay. We felt like we were staying with friends!

We spent a couple of nights here, right in the middle of storm Bert. It’s a beautiful house and very well equipped. Right on the beach and local amenities aren’t far away. Sophie and Tim cant be faulted. Their communication and friendliness was well above par and they were the perfect hosts. The house is very comfortable and is immaculate. It’s well set out and there was plenty of space for the 5 adults, two kids and two dogs we had. Great touch having the hot tub at the bottom of the garden too. The location is quiet and the costal area is also quiet, and great for long walks along the coast. We hope to come back.

Mark's place is a well laid out light and airy place. It is in a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and we look forward to returning in the summer.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Very helpful both Nick and Cara, always responsive. The flat was very nice too, comfortable beds, we stayed almost one month, no road noise whatsoever, beautiful sea view, one step away from the beach, we liked it :) would go again!! Thanks guys!

Alison's flat was lovely, clean and easy to keep warm, we had a lovely few days and had very nice walks on the beach.

Excellent location for waterfront, trains, buses, ferry and dockyard museums. Close to shops and pubs with views over the harbour. Good flat for a short stay with room for two people (wider than it looks on the photos). Secure parking at the rear through a locked gate and up a ramp. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Really nice stay, good size place for 2 people and Babs was really fast to respond back to our questions and helpful. Lovely pub at the end of the road and walking distance to the beach which took about 15 mins. Would stay again

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.
