A great overnight stay at The Annexe. It was an enjoyable experience right from the short notice booking through to checkout. The place is amazing if you like the open and quiet farm environment, yet not too far from the local areas. Lesley left amazing treats around the house that just made the stay a 5++. We would give it a go any day

If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. First of all, what a beautiful Air BnB, in an idyllic setting, close to lots of different Cotswolds villages such as Chipping Camden and Broadway as well as only a 30 minute drive from Bourton-on-the-Water. The Lodge was spotless and decorated beautifully. One of the best beds we’ve had in an air BnB-so comfortable! There’s a lovely little community shop and cafe a walkable distance from the Lodge that has a great selection of toiletries, groceries and sweet treats! Sue, the host, was absolutely wonderful. Absolutely lovely lady who was so helpful and friendly. The hamper that was provided was beyond generous, filled with lots of treats! We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean with really modern and high spec finish. some nice extra touches like breakfast cereals, milk and biscuits and a bowl of sweets provided. The apartment is in quite a rough part of Reading but the security is excellent and the apartment complex is gated so feels very safe. A couple of things that I found strange was being asked to provide copies of ID before arrival and to take out our own rubbish when we left, even though it is listed as a serviced apartment. We were also asked our approx check in time and then told we could not arrive before then (5pm), even though check in as from 2pm in the price. Overall though, it was very good quality and I would recommend.

Lovely property with nice features. Hosts are very helpful and always available. Perfect property to travel for work and good working spaces within the living room too. Would recommend to stay.

We had a really comfortable stay at your place! The location was good, the room was clean and cozy. The host was also friendly and responsive, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed the setting snd loved the land that our dogs were allowed to explore. Would highly recommend for family with dogs

We had a lovely family holiday here. The house is so beautiful and our every need was catered for. We were left a hamper which was a lovely touch. The garden is great and as the weather was so good my granddaughters were able to play outside safely. The neighbour was so helpful when we chatted outside offering dining suggestions. We also went on some great walks whilst there. All in all a good time was had by all.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

We stayed at Sean's place for 2 nights. We needed a 3-bed, 2-bath accommodation—specifically one with a shower, since my elderly father couldn’t use a bathtub. Sean’s place was one of the rare options available in the Cotswolds area that met our needs. From booking to check-out, Sean and his team were responsive and helpful, offering dining recommendations and even tips on where I could catch a live football match. We received clear directions and were personally welcomed by the team. Check-in was smooth and easy. The moment we stepped into the house, we were impressed by how clean and well-organised everything was. We were even more delighted to find breakfast items thoughtfully stocked in the fridge and cupboards. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot in the Cotswolds.

We had the most amazing few days at Charlie & Peter’s. The Coach House is set in wonderful gardens. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. They have thought about everything, all the small details to make you feel super comfortable and at home. Everything was super clear and well organised. We also got a lovely, generous welcome basket. We had fun exploring the beautiful countryside and enjoyed the garden. My boys were delighted with the Koi Carp in the pond! Thanks so much for hosting us. We’ll certainly be back!

We loved our stay at 15offtheGreen! The place was a lovely, cosy hideaway for a couple to spend a few days chilling out in the Cotswolds. The location, being walking distance into Winchcombe centre, shops and to Sudeley Castle, was ideal. Mark is a fantastic host who left very clear information about the space and amenities and was always on hand and offering to provide further information and assistance. We will be strongly considering staying here again.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

I stopped here on my travels down from north to south of the UK & have to recommend to anyone considering it Neil was a great host with good, clear, messages and a very relaxed demeanor. You could tell the property was immaculate the. moment you walked through the door, and plenty of care to have all the reqr xxxuired amenities to ensure you can be self contained and able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the area. Checking in and out was very simple, bed was extremely comfortable and the blinds allowed for a dark and cosy sleep Absolutely would recommend and come back again myself!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful penthouse near the Cotswolds with our family of four. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a true 5-star international standard. Our host, Jane, was warm, incredibly responsive, extremely flexible & even sent over her husband to help set up the TV so our son could watch the Premier League — such a kind gesture! The apartment was peaceful, private, and perfect for a family escape from city. With a fully equipped kitchen with unlimited cooking pots, cutlery and appliances more than you need, made cooking together a fun family activity. The attention to detail was impressive and her clear instructions when required made it a smooth sailing for us. The location was also great — quiet yet convenient for day trips to Bath and South Wales, which we explored during our stay. We left relaxed, recharged and happy. Highly recommended for both the property and Jane's impeccable hospitality.

This loft was perfect for us, plenty of room and a very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen although small has everything you need. Very well thought out!

A lovely annex, very well equipped, clean, and wonderful decor choices. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast selection left out for us. Wish we could have stayed longer! Can’t fault it.

This rental hit just what we wanted for a few nights. Accepted dogs which we needed and great walking nearby with stunning scenery. Accommodation inside did all we needed.

We had a lovely stay in the courtyard. We happened to visit Cheltenham on a gorgeous weekend. We enjoyed the courtyard, and found the kitchen extremely well equipped. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated and there were lots of little extras such as pillow spray that made us stand out. Sally was fabulous with her response to messages, the checkin was easy and smooth and the recommendations of restaurants were fabulous (so thank you!) Unfortunately my partner is allergic to feather pillows so our sleep wasn’t great - but that is no reflection on the host and the accommodation! We’d 100% be back and will just bring our own.

Sues place is absolutely amazing, it’s a stunning apartment with absolutely everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay. The surroundings are beautiful and sue and her husband were incredible helpful and friendly, we will definitely be staying again soon, it’s a proper home from home. We would highly recommend.
