Monthly Rentals in West Branch

The apartment was nice and clean, just like in the pictures. The location was excellent, with a short walking distance to the hospital and a bus stop right next to it. Otherwise, the accommodation was really good, but someone played music very loudly on several nights, which disturbed my sleep (I stayed in the apartment for one month). Additionally, the metal bed made noise every time I turned over at night. I still recommend the apartment.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my son at the University of Iowa. Conveniently located near campus, shopping, and restaurants, it made it easy to pick him up for errands, cook a home-cooked meal in the condo, and even tackle a load or two of his laundry. The community is peaceful, which allowed me to work remotely without any disruptions. The space was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay for a girls trip to Iowa city. The home is about 10 minutes from downtown Iowa city. The home is immaculate and very nice. This home has many more amenities and products to use than other Airbnb’s I have stayed at. They had everything you could possibly need. Everything was organized and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the cost of cleaning and the taxes and fees that doubled the actual price of our per night rate which is not the owners fault but worth being aware of.

We greatly enjoyed the cabin-styled house for a family holiday weekend. The family room was cozy and the wood burning stove kept everyone warm. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for a big group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Finally the kids really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey in the game room. We would definitely return and highly recommend.
