Monthly Rentals in West Ayton

We had a lovely time in the beautiful East Wing. The facilities were great and the cottage had everything we needed . It is in an excellent position for exploring . We visited Whitby, Filey, Robin Hood’s Bay and drove over the snow covered moors. The weather was crisp and bright ! A great start to the New Year! Just wish we had stayed longer !

Met up with college friend and we both really enjoyed having a cosy cottage to enjoy a catch up.Easy visit to Scarborough and Helmsley which was lovely and a great Sunday lunch at the local Forge Inn.The cottage had everything we needed and very comfy beds.

We stayed in The Croft for the festive period whilst we were visiting relatives and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. The place was exactly as described and was clean throughout. The owners even put a few festive decorations up for us which was a nice touch. The place itself is situated in the heart of the village just back off the main road, very secluded and quiet, and just a stones throw away from local amenities i.e. village shop, pub and a bar/cafe. Seaside towns such as Scarborough and Filey are within driving distance (10/15 mins) and if you were looking for a more rural setting, Seamer is a quaint little village that’s got everything you would need. Will definitely be coming back to stay here another time.

Lovely peaceful place for us to stay with our three dogs for New Year. A lovely setting with so much green space. Kate was a great host with local knowledge and recommendations. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay.
