Monthly Rentals in Wellesley

We are visiting my sister and her family who live in Perth. We wanted some where to stay down south and this was one of the few options available in the area, for our dates. I wasn’t sure what to expect but we happened upon a really great place to stay. We loved it. Would definitely return. The house is in a great spot, quiet and peaceful but close to the freeway. We loved being up in the trees and listening to the birds. The house was clean and full of lovely things - the natural soaps and hand cream etc. We spent time in Busselton and Bunbury, and watched the sunset 🌅 in Myalup. A great little trip. Thanks.

Home away from home! We loved staying at Nic’s beach house. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Loved walking down to the beach and so easy to get out and around. We had dinner at the country club one evening and loved it. Thanks for having us Nic, we’ll be back 😊

Pat and Tania's place was perfect for a fun family week away - so many details had been thought of - from the welcome breakfast hamper, to kids books and games, and all the condiments you could need in the fridge! Our hosts were super friendly and courteous, which made for a smooth stay. The location was close to beach 4WD access, Bunbury and Gnomesville. This is a peaceful location, with many local visitors including magpies and the ~8pm bedtime symphony from the frogs and kookaburras! The children loved the swimming pool, pool toys, fuseball table and snooker. They took their bikes, with plenty of room to ride around the property, plus bike paths nearby around the estuary too. Three Waters Leschanault is well worth the stay!!!

Adam is a great host and very accommodating on our booking arrangements. It has been a great experience and I'd highly recommend the stay.
