Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

Such an awesome space!!! The Barn Loft was extremely clean, tidy, and well put together! Our stay was short but extremely peaceful and was a cool area to explore. We appreciated the clear instructions, coffee, and amenities provided. Super environmentally conscious with an awesome outdoor shower and eco-bathrooms. Truly a hidden gem!!

The homeless overall great! Very cozy! Me and my wife were away for a date and this was perfect for us. We absolutely LOVED the jacuzzi! Definitely recommend if you’re going on a little getaway with spouse or even a little family trip. The hose was responsive to appropriate times. We would definitely go back! Oh and we LOVED the setup and decor that we even asked where it was from haha.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend. I am from the area originally and the location cannot be beat. It a gorgeous lakefront property and we rented a boat/captain for dinner on Friday to take us down the river to a waterfront restaurant. We heated the pool but ended up using the hot tub instead. The furnishings and house itself are not new or “modern” but it looked exactly as described/and in the photos, and the house is even bigger overall. For the price, this was a great deal. We spent our time hanging out in the kitchen which had enormous windows looking outside, and on the deck, and it was super comfortable for all 11 of us there. Robert was incredibly communicative and always available to answer questions. We wished we could move in! I’d definitely stay there again. Great for large groups.

We booked Steve and Dawn's place very last minute. They were quick to respond, the apartment was easy to access, and they were available for any questions we had. The property is beautiful. Both during the day and evening. You can see the water from almost every window. The hot tub is in the perfect location, over looking the water. They have 2, very sweet golden retrievers. We didn't use the lake equipment and toys, but they are easy to access as well. We will definitely book this location again!

This was our first experience using airb&b and it was awesome. My wife loved the cabin and the quiet setting along with the trails. Ellen was awesome as we were a last minute trip and she immediately told us to come on. Everything was as described and well worth every penny. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a weekend getaway. Also, stop and speak to Murphy, he is a cool little dude.

We stayed at this Airbnb located in-between Charlotte and Rock Hill, SC for an athletic tournament at Manchester Fields. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were roomy, and the 2.5 bathrooms were a nice bonus. The back yard is cute with grill, fire pit, and soft-side hot tub. This house is located in a cul-de-sac with a suburban feel with drive-to strip malls nearby.

We really enjoyed the stay at Richard’s. The house is full of beautiful cook books and the kitchen is very well stocked with hearty nonstick cast iron, general seasonings, vinegar etc. Also a very nice coffee/tea bar that was also stocked. Hot tub was great and the home was very cozy. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful view! Our family loved the open dining/den space and of course the amazing back porch! We would love to visit again!

Awesome place to stay. Host was very responsive during stay. Would stay again. Very flexible check in and check out times. Very quiet and relaxing with plenty of room for guests.

Bryan's house was perfect for us! We were in town to play with the Charlotte Symphony and had our dog with us. There is a nice sunny, second floor deck with a gate so our dog could hang out with us without escaping into the yard. There's no fence for a dog but a quiet neighborhood for dog walks. Very comfortable place with quiet neighbors. Nice to have parking in the driveway out front. The front door entrance is opened with a code that was easy to operate. Only about 15 minutes to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Michael was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive and this place was a refuge for our family during home repairs. It had everything we needed to feel at home for a week, and we appreciated the convenient location.

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Our group of nine ranged in age from 17-67. The home was spacious and allowed us to gather for meals or scatter for some quiet moments. We loved having a bedroom and bathroom for everyone! Four king beds was wonderful, too. All of us agreed the beds were very comfortable. The game room offered another place for old and young to come together. Us old folks showed the young ones a thing or two about pool and they showed us a thing or two about video games! (They brought their Switch which we played on the tv in the room). The vintage arcade games were fun for all and there’s plenty of seating for those who just want to hang out and watch. Jennifer was very responsive with any questions we had. She also checked in when there was a tornado warning in the area and let us know when it had passed. There is a Harris Teeter’s at the top of the neighborhood which made it convenient to grab food items we needed upon arrival and the home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

I have stayed at this location several times in the past and there is a reason I keep coming back. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen, is in beautiful Myers Park, and check in and out is easy. Communication is always good, and the property is well maintained. I plan on staying here on my future trips!

This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a great first experience. In a great location close to UNC Charlotte. Surprisingly quiet for a college community. Very close to nearby attractions. House was clean and easy to find. Very clear instructions. Had no issues during our stay. If our son chooses to go to college here we will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the Airbnb a lot .. it was very clean .. comfortable and convenient to everything .. parking was wonderful .. never had trouble finding parking right infront of the unit.. we would go back next time we are visiting Charlotte 🌺

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

nice place in a nice quiet neighborhood

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

One of the best in Charlotte! I will definitely book again

I booked this home so my husband and I could visit our family for the holidays who live about 30 mins away. It was able to accommodate us perfectly. I also have a baby who was able to have an entire nursery to herself which was such a blessing as we wanted her to be comfortable and unaffected. Even though the owners live at the property, the home was absolutely spotless and we felt right at home. They even had a Christmas tree up that we were so excited to gather around on Christmas morning. Very grateful to have found this listing!
