Vacation rentals with lake access in Watts Bar Lake

Great peaceful stay!! Everything you could imagine in the kitchen and more. The bathroom even had extras of little things you might’ve forgotten to bring with you. Debbie and rick were beyond sweet, friendly & attentive. Kayaks were an awesome addition - highly recommend going out right before sunset to enjoy it. My dog had a great time, the neighbors had super sweet dogs who greeted us on the first day! ( loved them ❤️) Stinging Fork falls is about 30-45 minutes away and is an awesome hike. Lost sea adventures about 30 minutes away. Would absolutely come stay again! Thank you again Debbie & Rick! ☺️❤️

Enjoyed a family Thanksgiving with my extended family from 4 different states! The space was perfect for us! It provided beds for everyone and a large hangout space for meals and nightly card games! Having 2 separate houses allowed the freedom for the night owls to stay up and not worry about disturbing the ones who ended the evening a little earlier! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, utensil and appliance needed to prepare daily meals as well as Thanksgiving dinner! The golf course and carts were a big hit with everyone especially the golfers in the group! Well had a couple minor issues and Juanita was very responsive and easy to reach! We would definitely stay here again!

Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

Fantastic rental! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 children. Fully stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds too! Gorgeous back yard, lovely view of the lake, very nice dock (our kids went fishing) & such a nice fire pit area. We were in town for UT homecoming & this was a close & easy drive to campus/Neyland!

Great place for our large group who always gather together for super bowl weekend. would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! We came up for a wedding local to the area and ended up making a vacation out of it. The place was beautiful and had an amazing view of the lake. It was so peaceful to sit outside at night by a camp fire. Rex was very informative and friendly. Neighbors in the area are also very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to join up with our son, DIL, infant, and dog, as they evacuated from south Florida! We enjoyed making our meals in the fully stocked kitchen! The house was set up perfectly for our needs, with the master suite on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. Enjoyed our walks in the beautiful quiet neighborhood!

The Badger Inn was Great!!! Located on Watts Bar Lake in Kingston with Amazing Views and located close to I-40. Well stocked with anything you need plus extras. The interior of the condo felt fresh and well thought out. Great little touches in each room. It had everything we needed. Rhonda was very responsive as a host and answered any questions we had quickly. We'd definitely rent her place again and recommend it to anyone. Thank You So Much Rhonda!!!!!

We traveled to TN from Cleveland, OH for a family wedding. We've had family in the area for decades, so the area was already familiar. The apartment was as described. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. The deck is a nice, comfortable place to enjoy the view of Watts Bar Lake during our downtime. The kitchen was adequately supplied. We didn't need anything, and a couple things we were looking for were borrowed from the unit next door that my brother's family was staying in... and vice versa. We all slept very well during our stay. Our kids, 5 & 2 years old, had never slept in the same room together, and they were very comfortable and slept well in an unfamiliar environment. The trundle bed was perfect for them. We would like to thank our host for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

Susan is a wonderful host. Her home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. There are always treats there for guests too. The television is great with local channels, networks and streaming. The location is beautiful. You can't go wrong

Betina’s place is a unit inside of the Fairfield Glade / Wyndham Resorts units. Our family has stayed at the Wyndham unit many times. Crossville has some wonderful dining including The Lantern for steaks and Annie’s for pizza. Food City is the closest grocery and Instacart does deliver. Is currently the off-season so the resort was quiet. Be sure to bring your swimsuit if you want to use the pool, etc.

Darla's place was perfect for our needs! Place was as described and very clean! Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

We have stayed at the cottage for years for our annual pilgrimage to see the Sandhill Cranes and always love it! It is super clean, charming, comfortable and wonderfully located. Brittany is super nice, accommodating and easy to work with. If you plan to visit Dayton, you should definitely stay here!!

Best host so far. Loved the house. It’s quiet and very peaceful. She gave me great recommendations on shopping for groceries, places to go and places to stay away from. I would love to stay here for every outage.

This space was great. The bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. I slept well and enjoyed the movies that were provided. It was great to have a place to rest after visiting family during the day. I was also able to have my dad and step-mom over to play cards. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved being able to see the lake. The owner also communicates well. The only negative was a slight musty smell. I would stay here again if it was available during my next trip.

Our family of 6 (four children - 12, 14, 16, 19 - and us parents) were very comfortable and had a wonderful time at Angie's beautiful lake house for five nights. There is more than enough room for everyone to spread out, while having many spaces to fit everyone for family time. The living room facing the lake, game room, and deck were favorites when not by or in the lake. Everyone caught several fish both from the bank at the house and when roaming around on our boat. The boat ramp is the driveway just before the house and took only minutes to launch and dock back at the house. The cove is so quiet and peaceful that you feel worlds away from others. Searching for stars while sitting by the lake at night with a fire going will renew your soul, and this was the perfect place for it! There is plenty to do for the whole family, including strong Wi-Fi for those who prefer indoor activities! We are so grateful for this time and your wonderful home!

We enjoyed our quick stay at The Water’s Edge! The view from the living room and expansive deck was SPECTACULAR! The house was well stocked with essentials (bathroom necessities, cooking supplies, puzzles, games, etc.) I really appreciate Amy providing more than what was expected. She went above and beyond to ensure a stress free stay! We would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quaint, serene getaway.
