Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

The host is so lovely as they were very attentive and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The property location is very peaceful and the property is well maintained and would certainly recommend. Definitely a super host! Thank you Mithra for making sure we had a great stay.

The room is clean and cozy, the scenery is beautiful, you can watch the sunset in the living room every day, watch the trains passing by, the kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, very close to the sea, I like it very much, if you come here for vacation, please choose it

This was close to paradise and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in around the world. We loved the stylish design of the buildings, filled with art, the well maintained gardens and the beautiful pool which we had all to ourselves for two days. Dinesh, VJ and the rest of the staff were always in attendance with help and thoughtful gestures. Breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat. The bananas and star fruit straight from the tree were delicious. Dinesh arranged taxis and tuk tuks for us and a highlight was a his and hers massage in the spa room. It was a pleasure to meet Barbara, the owner and talk to her about her collection of art and artefacts. The rooms were very spacious with an excellent modern en- suite and tall ceilings. An idyllic two night stay to begin our journey around Sri Lanka and recuperate after a long flight from the UK. Do not hesitate to book at this beautiful oasis....we can't wait to return!

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. I loved Niroshana's place so much I stayed back for an extended time! From the check-in to the stay, everything was so well taken care of. He and his wife are amazing people and have maintained a beautiful apartment in true Sri Lankan style to enjoy. The neighbourhood is also a quick ride away from most cafes & restaurants and getting around as a solo traveller was very easy. Couldn't recommend it enough, and definitely coming back! We enjoyed the house very much! It was such a luxury place with everything we needed and the swimming pool and the gym was nice one too! I would recommend this house to anyone for sure!

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.
