Monthly Rentals in Waterville

I stayed here for two months and loved it! Perfect for what I needed. I felt totally safe as a single 22 year old female. Size and location is great. Heather And Brandon were also easy and to communicate with and very helpful.

We needed a place to stay near Waterville at the last minute and felt fortunate this was available. It was clean and comfortable and you can tell a lot of thought went into decorating the space. You won't be disappointed by the plush towels in the bathroom either. We hope to go back some time with a little more time on our hands to try out the hot tub.

Andreas place was very clean and very comfortable. Spotless, cosy feel. Lounge was lovely and bright with beautiful decor and art. Bedrooms spacious and beds clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for our visit to see family.

Gary and Irma gave very clear instructions, which was helpful because the GPS was a bit different. They had a handwritten note and a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was so nice after the long drive! Their towels were super fluffy and the beds crispy clean. Perfect stay for an overnight near Colby.
