Monthly Rentals in Wapato Point

We had a great stay! The condo is in the perfect location—just a short walk to downtown, making it super convenient for exploring. The view from the condo is stunning, and the private pool and beach are wonderful perks. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use them due to the weather, but I can imagine how nice they’d be in the summer! The condo is a cozy studio, ideal for a small group or family of three. The only downside was the refrigerator, which made loud noises at night, disrupting our sleep. Given the studio setup, I’d recommend replacing or repairing it for future guests’ comfort. Overall, though, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others!

Clean, beautiful space with a great view. Very clear and easy instructions. Merry made the stay simple and peaceful and free of any stress or questions.

Kelly’s place is beautiful! It was more spacious than we expected, modern, felt and smelled clean, and was a GREAT location! She communicated very clearly about the need to bring our own towels for the hot tub as she provides only bath towels. Also communicated what was included with the kitchen. The condo comfortably slept 8 adults and 2 babies. There was some noise from the condo upstairs which woke the babies a few times but Kelly was quick to respond and handle it. We thought the location was very walkable and enjoyed walking through Manson! This was just our preference and not a big deal, but we would suggest bringing your own paper towels and toilet paper for quality/thickness! Loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!!!

Centrally located with lots of space for our entire family. Enjoyed having restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We would love to rent this place again!
