Beautiful place to stay. Great outdoor area, in close proximity to beaches and coffee! I had my work team stay for 3 nights and it was an awesome place for us to come together, work, relax and connect. It had such a homely feel and my team loved it!

Perfect location with ocean views. Within walking distance to everything on offer. Beautiful beaches. Lovely comfortable accommodation. Being pet friendly meant we could bring our beloved pooch along. Denise greeted us on arrival to the Island and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for making our holiday hassle free. We hope to return some day.

We loved John’s place! Suited us down to the ground. The games room was an absolute favourite. We love sports & music. Spent most of our time there. The aircons in the lounge & bedroom were life saving as it was very humid due to the weather. The kitchen was so well decked out. It is the most generously stocked pantry & fridge we have ever seen in our Airbnb stays. Very much appreciated. We loved that our little dog was welcome too & allowed inside. She has her own bed & bowls but there were even bowls provided inside & out. Very thoughtful. There is a fire pit & a pizza oven. It’s a great winter escape too. We will most certainly return.

Accommodation was close to shops and had everything the boys needed

2nd time we’ve stayed there. It’s not fancy but Perfect for us with our dogs. Kitchen isn’t overly stocked with equipment and could do with couple more bowls, had trouble finding something to put salad in and a couple of things at the same time, otherwise has everything you really need and love the fact that it has an air fryer because we tend to eat evening meals in. Fence is secure which is importance with small Houdini dogs. Road out the front can be a bit noisy but we are from the country and not used to traffic. A very pleasant spot, beach isn’t to busy, fairly Central without being in the busier part of Yeppoon. Would 100% recommend.

What a great stay for myself and my family! The house was great and provided lots of space and plenty of entertainment. Joanna was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

This is the most beautiful place to stay. It's as per the pics in the listing (only better). Can't explain the beaty, tranquiity, views and privacy this place provides. In addition Bill and Pauline are consummate hosts. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing get away. Would definitely stay again.

The children loved the pool and the playground. Great location easy to get to the zoo, cinemas, kershaw park, shops, airport etc. Great little home, thanks for having us.

Beautiful place to stay for a large group. The pool kept the kids happy. While the pool table, dart board and bbq kept the adults happy. The house had everything we needed to make it a great stay.

Me and my furry babies loved our stay. It’s so beautiful and quiet and the house is spotless clean. I felt at home right away.

We loved staying at Sue’s. The unit was quaint and tidy. In a good location and as described. We will definitely look at staying again should we return to Rockhampton

Small but everything you could need 👍🏼

Although we were only here for one night. We were impressed by the unit and the fenced area for our puppy. The studio was tidy and perfect for what we needed. We would definately come back.

Comfortable and deceptively spacious three bedroom unit on the lower level of an older style timber home. Ceiling fans throughout with single air con in living area, which was fine for a Family sharing the space in autumn. Very quiet overnight. Small but functional bathroom and laundry. Kitchen with plenty of utensils, comfy lounges and plenty of light in the living area. Good central location in west Rocky walking distance to dog park, swimming pool, pub, and supermarket. Just a few minutes from town and easy bridge access to north Rocky. Comfy beds with food built in storage robes. We will be back.
