Great place. Set up well, lovely rooms and comfortable to stay with a family of 6. Very close to everything we needed.

This was for my Mum who really needed a break and she was absolutely thrilled! She felt so relaxed and able to switch off immediately. The view, the decor and the privacy all allowed her to gain the much needed solace in a relatively short time and she said she felt very refreshed. Many photos and positive messages were sent raving about the experience. The house is immaculate, the pool is a winner and Alex is very kind and responsive. 5 Stars, wonderful stay!!

The Sea Flat is a great place to stay in Yeppoon. Close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. The view from the front windows was amazing. We would just sit and people watch and enjoy the view while having a few beverages. The entire flat was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped and stocked. Will definitely go back and stay. Thank you Melissa and Brian. ❤️🙏❤️

Pamela provided so many touches that were thoughtful and made our stay comfortable such as milk, butter, bread, eggs, magnesium bath flakes, shower wash, beach towels, pool noodles, dishwasher tablets, washing detergent. This made the stay comfortable and easy with everything provided and thought of. This was particularly great for a family.

This was just right for our family of six for a relaxing weekend. Thank you
