Monthly Rentals in Walnut Park

This little hidden gem was my home for several months and I certainly enjoyed my stay. The host Demetrius is very responsive, helpful, and personable with great hospitality. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Don’t be wary of the area, the unit is tucked away in a residential area and the neighbors are friendly homeowners. I’d totally recommend staying here and will again if I need to. :)

Arilos space was clean with all the amenities and in a nice quiet neighborhood. He was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend his place. It is also very central to many places not to far from Venice beach, citadel and Orange outlets and close to azalea shopping centers. It didn’t take long to get to Hollywood and city walk at universal. I would def stay here again. Very clean and nice.

B&W's Casita was the perfect spot while we were spending time with a family member in a nearby hospital. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and clean, described accurately in the listing. When our travel plans changed last minute, we didn't have any problems updating our check-out date. We really appreciated B&W's proactive and clear communication leading up to and throughout our stay.

The guest house here is great, perfect for my fiancé and I. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, stocked with lots of Appliances and amenities. Leslie and her sister Melissa are very kind and were always very responsive, and proactive in taking care of our needs. They even went above and beyond by allowing us to do laundry in the main house , and ordering a toaster oven 🙌🏽 we would definitely recommend staying at Leslie and/or Melissa’s properties!
