Monthly Rentals in Walnut Grove

First time staying here! Fantastic service at the bar/restaurant (thank you Nikki). Greg was another great help, very flexible and easy-going. We will be back soon, especially given the location to our home. Thank you Ko-Ket and staff, much appreciated.

What a beautiful home! The property itself is gorgeous, and the inside was lovely and tasteful as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable utensil, serving dish, cooking supply, etc. that you could possibly need. The refrigerator and cabinets were pretty stocked as well, although some items were long past expired and could probably use a little cleanup. Huge formal dining area, great for large groups. Beautiful sun room off the kitchen with wonderful natural light. Very big, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The only drawback, which I did see mentioned on another review, was the water had a bit of a smell, which in turn made the showers kind of stinky, and the water was yellow when we ran the bath. Just a minor detail; we drank bottled water instead, and enjoyed our stay regardless. All the rooms and living spaces were very clean! Lastly, Katy was a wonderful host. Kind, responsive, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!

This Airbnb is clean, nicely organized and comfy. The bed is fantastic and the reclining chairs were amazing. A FYI, the shower hot water turns on first instead of cold water and the heat/air is controlled by a remote so don’t look for a wall mounted device. Lovely setting with a nice backyard and lawn chairs on the deck. Super close to wine tastings. The host is very responsive and helpful. You going To love it! Dan H

I'm always searching for locations with private fully fenced yards for my dog. Kerin's place was perfect for us! The house itself is older and has a ton of character. The remodel and updates to this rental suite were amazing! Brand new bathroom, new washer/dryer, new fridge with separate freezer and on demand hot water! The bed was super comfy and the bath and bedroom linens smelled great! Parking spot was right outside the gate to the private yard and unloading the van was easier than at home! The yard has a huge shade tree, patio table and chairs and a string of cute lights for enjoying the cool evenings. The suite is small and Kerin's listing is clear about this. For my needs with just me and my large dog it was perfect! I'll be back again for sure next time I'm in Lodi. Don't pass this one up!
