Lukas' place was a great stay for the summer. Minutes away from two subway lines and plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Very easy access to Manhattan via subway or the Williamsburg Bridge. There's also a Citibike station on the street. Check in/out was very straightforward. The apartment is very cozy, but has everything you'll need. The noise is nothing out of the ordinary and the street is relatively quiet.

I loved staying at A Place. The apartment is so spacious and simple. The view from the kitchen is stunning. I felt very comfortable and at home. Sean was so easy to communicate with, very proactive, flexible, helpful and most of all friendly. The apartment has everything you need, and is within walking distance to anything one might need for a month long or longer stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a longer stay in Brooklyn.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place in New York! The space is perfect for two; I had shared my journey with my friend Ludovico, and there are two big beds. The apartment was spotless and cosy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Mary was an attentive and friendly host, always quick to respond and helpful with any questions. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend Mary’s place to anyone looking for a great stay in New York! I can’t thank Ken and Julia enough. I stayed longterm in their cozy attic during my slow move back to NYC. I feel incredibly grateful I found their listing. Great people with the best pups ever! The attic is bright, nice ventilation/temp, lots of space, relaxing private bathroom. I found the mini fridge large enough to fit a couple days worth of light groceries. The home is around the corner from two EPIC express buses (average journey to Wall St is 15 min!!) and other VERY convenient BK buses. F/G trains are 10 min walk, and B/C trains are a 15 min walk. The area is safe with lots to do! Tons of Citibike stations and the Ocean Parkway bikepath to Coney Island is around the corner, Prospect Park a couple blocks away, Kings Theatre to the east. For locals, Hinterland’s Bar, Wheated and Der Pioneer are must-visits. The general area is full of interesting enclaves. Definitely visit Brooklyn Artery on Cortelyou and don’t forget to take a nice stroll around Prospect Park South!
