have been here a few times now and will keep coming back here if in the area. excellent host!

Would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful barn, Terese was so friendly, got to visit the goats and two adorable kittens, and very peaceful. The loft smelt very nice and fresh, much better than I expected and was very clean! We were able to cook out on the grill outside of the barn and Terese was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Kerry's space allowed for a relaxing getaway from metropolitan life. Her recommendations for places—especially Henning's Wisconsin Cheese—were phenomenal. The apartment was cozy, the surrounding area quiet, and the location at the crossroads of many food, lake, and nature activities. The apartment had high ceilings, beautiful woodwork/art, and plenty of blankets. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Some things to keep in mind: 1) don't forget to bring your own shampoo and shower gel 2) two bins in the kitchen are for trash and recycling, make sure to ask about the difference 3) there are some orange ladybugs from the plants 4) beds/mattresses are older 5) the kitchen chairs (very cottage-core and pretty) may feel less sturdy for taller/heavier people 6) the space between the bathtub and the bedroom may feel small. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Dustin was a welcoming, kind host. He gave us the option of letting ourselves in or ringing the doorbell to meet him. We decided to meet him and had great conversation. We loved that he took the time to get to know us, even though he has a busy family. If we didn’t want to, we easily could have just walked up the stairs to the apartment with no contact, but meeting him made it more personal and memorable. Other notes: Dustin was very responsive and proactive. Prior to arrival, he messaged us, warning that there’s a dog (Stella) who would probably bark at us upon arrival. Indeed, she was there but was as sweet as can be and loved alllll the belly rubs. We had a busy weekend in the area, but we took a little time to explore the beautiful property. The apartment was just perfect and the best thing was that we didn’t have to do anything for checkout, except pack up our own things. We hope to visit again when we are up in that area in the future.
