Monthly Rentals in Waghapur

This was our second time at one of Soumen's apartments. The apartments are well lit, clean, comfortable and exactly like the pics, if not slightly better. The location offers quick access to chemists, general stores, chaat, snacks, fresh juice, as well as luscious fruits & veggies located right across the street, while the building is part of a gated community with access to multiple amenities, yet I felt completely safe even as a female guest. Soumen himself is a considerate, proactive and straightforward host. The only one minor concern to be wary of specifically relevant for someone looking at a workation / wfh is one specific property faces some upcoming construction work which results in a bit of noise n dust during the day. This is of course beyond the host's control..and wasn't the case with his other properties we stayed at, which offer some truly gorgeous views from both balconies. Highly recommended!

This was my best experience on Airbnb so far, as the flat was conveniently located and perfect for my one-night stay. The cleanliness of both the flat and the washroom was impressive, and the well-furnished space made it feel like my own little dream home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially the morning sunrise—it was simply amazing. I must mention the food you provided, which is a rare find on Airbnb. The Shev chi bhaji was so delicious that I had to ask for rice as well. Your hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Manjri. My stay at @Ash was wonderful! The view from that height was breathtaking, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The location was perfect, and the amenities were fantastic. What impressed me the most, however, was how responsive he was. He genuinely showed concern for our stay, which made all the difference

We booked this place for our parents. They enjoyed the place. The location is excellent...close to a beautiful garden, nearby Pune attractions, eating places... Mr. Rutuparna is very responsive to all the needs of the guests. He provided detailed instructions that helped their stay. Felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
