Perfect little flat on the first floor of a house, it feels very private and has everything you need (do note that only the sleeping room has A/C though, the living room has only a fan, not really a concern to me). A short walk from the beach, and Santa Fe being small everything is easily accessible on foot. Pick-up and drop-off at the port by tricycle were included, very pleasant ! John was very helpful and very quick to reply, he helped me to rent a motorbike for 2 days at a fair price. Thanks for everything, Bantayan is a pretty nice and laid-back place to visit !

If your new to the area and looking for a place that is safe and has good access to the beach, prince hyper market, restaurants, fitness gyms or church, this location is great! Can walk most places in 5 to 10 minutes. The host is great, very friendly and will assist you to help make your stay accommodating. The house is very clean and organized and the area isn't loud. Not many barking dogs or roosters!

This place is perfect for those that want to be away from the overcommercialized, touristy areas of the PH. Therefore, you will not have malls, bars, dive shops, westernized restaurants within walking distance, etc, etc. It is in the mountains - quiet, secluded, peaceful. You absolutely will need transportation, *ideally your own motorbike*, as the location is an (enjoyable) 15 minute ride (5kmish) just to get down to the nearest town. Maria and Chris are responsive to messages, often within 15 minutes or less, and are full of local knowledge and advice. Maria is a great cook, and she will accomodate reasonable requests outside the posted menu :) They have made my 13 day stay comfortable and quite enjoyable. You will experience a semi-provincial stay at this AirBnB, but no worries, different levels of westernized amenities are within 25 minutes of Catmon if you need it... I just wish this AirBnB has a microwave! I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks guys!

Overall our stay was outstanding. This place is a bit far from the busy tourist area but very secluded, peaceful, and quiet. Exactly what we wanted. Just 10-15 min trike ride to the main area for restaurants, beaches and bars. Ocean front but cannot speak to the quality of the beach front as Mother Nature did not cooperate so it was too rough for us to enjoy. It was a blessing in disguise because we slept with windows open with fresh air wind coming through and sound of crashing waves. We found awesome beach spots elsewhere. House is so nice and appropriately furnished. Most of all Rechelle is a great host and the best we’ve had. Never had a host respond so quickly to ALL my messages. Was there at check in to show us around and the cold coconuts were a nice touch to our arrival. It’s a short walk from gate down a dirt pathway but trike drivers were helpful to carry our luggage. Only suggestion would be to have a golf cart or ATV or something like that to transport luggage..
