The apartment is in an ideal area for sightseeing, you have many spectacular places to walk to (botanical garden, Japanese garden, eco park, etc.). You also have the subway one block away, a luxury. The apartment is very comfortable, it is well equipped with what one would naturally have at home, you really feel at home. The building is very quiet so there is no drama with any neighbors. And Diego is a great guy, totally helpful, very attentive to everything and always ready to help you with whatever you need. I hope to be able to come back some other time, I'm leaving very happy with my stay!

I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Everything was very good, very flexible with check-in and check-out times. We had to come back because we forgot a few things and they waited for us until very late. Very spacious and comfortable

Everything was great, especially for a couple of friends that have never been to the country. Communication was also very great. Would stay again!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Excellent place in Palermo SoHo! Quiet and safe + near a few local restaurants/convenience stores that were very useful. Easy to walk anywhere else in Palermo. Everything was as described, host was responsive and very helpful. Terrace was a huge plus! Would stay again.

Javier is an excellent host. Always responsive and very friendly. He strived to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great. Can accommodate up to three adults (or two adults and two young children) comfortably.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Staying at Köhli House was the perfect choice for visiting Buenos Aires and getting to know the city. It is located in a really good area, calm at night and during the day, so perfect for slowing down. Cecilia and Emilio are really attentive people who help in every situation. I would always come back here :)
