Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We stayed 12 days in the apartment and the experience was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. The place has a very well equipped kitchen and several utensils for meals and snacks. Cleaning products were also available for use. The hairdryer is great. The dryer is also very efficient. The ironing board in great condition and functionality. Smart television with multiple streaming for access, only log in. The Wi-Fi provided a great connection. Several outlet adapters available and the extension made our logistics much easier. Easy access to walking facilities, bars, restaurants and markets. The hostess was available the whole time, always very attentive and concerned about how we were. I loved the place, I would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Great place to stay, all as described in the ad. We were received in the apartment by Bianca who gave general instructions on the operation of the devices.

The apartment is really nice and has everything you need, but what stood out the most for us was the host. Martín was always very helpful and responsive. He helped us out a lot with our luggage after checkout and always excelled in friendliness and kindness. 100% recommended :)

Ideal accommodation, beautiful apartment with many amenities, very attentive staff both the host and the doorkeepers of the building who are 24 hours . Quiet area, you can leave car on the street around without problems , guarded area.

The house is amazing. The instructions were clear, and we had everything that we needed, including the adapter and kitchen items. We felt safe as well, and it was quiet as the house is located farther from the road. One item to note is that it is located right next to the nightlife district (which is described in the description so no surprises there) so the area outside of the house was a bit dirty. We were also there during carnival so maybe it is not that dirty at other times of the year. But that is not the host’s fault - just something to note. However, we felt safe walking around (even at night) and it was conveniently located in Palermo in walking distance to all stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay! Apartment has a great location yet still is really silent. Whole place was spotless clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
