It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. Alejandro prepares delicious dishes, which can be requested upon request. Patricia makes a delicious breakfast that includes her exquisito pan de casa. Both offer a variety of dishes to choose from as a menu for lunch or dinner with reservation. The house is beautiful, clean and with nice aromas. One is delighted with every corner that goes around. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.

The stay at the Valentin house was priceless. We felt very comfortable and totally enjoyed the rainy days under the glass ceiling in the lounge area. The location is unbeatable especially if you are there on the weekend and can stroll through the street market. The kitchen is equipped for a longer stay with everything you need. I really can’t say enough about how ideal this place is for a family or group of adults. It’s not brand new, but the history is a huge part of what is great about it. Notable- The pool is WAY bigger than the pictures make it look. It was ideal for our 3 kids but would be perfect for a relatively large group of adults looking to enjoy play poolside time right along with all that a huge city can offer. Rene and Ivana are incredibly helpful with whatever you need - definitely schedule an asado. Despite the great food of BA, that was one of our favorites meals.

Very good communication with Fidela, she is very flexible for check-in and checkout . Excellent location, but clear a little noisy. The room is spacious and everything was very clean.

Bathroom has hot water The relatively new room, great facilities, has a heater, plus a few more items - in mine I had an electric kettle, already in my parents' kettle, electric kettle, electric sandwich maker and filter with the option of hot and cold water, so it's your luck. It offers a simple breakfast, with the option of chocolate or coffee or coffee with milk accompanied by toast with sweet milk and cream cheese.
