rented the place for a week with my senior mom and aunt. They enjoyed our stay especially the bed. As per my mom, it feels like a hotel bed. Also, the wifi is fast. it is also close to the city center and very safe to walk outside. the picture match the place/room. You can easily book a grab car or taxi in the area. The staff in the bldg is also nice and welcoming. really appreciate the owners for lending us their baggage weighing scale and allowing us 2 hours of late check out.

Althea's place simple yet uber-clean, organized, and has everything you need. Althea was also a responsive and understanding host. We were late to checkout due to an unforeseen event but Althea was polite and made us feel welcome. Thank you so much, Althea. I would definitely recommend your place to my friends who will visit Iloilo in the future.

It’s indeed a cozy place to stay in. The ambiance was very relaxing and peaceful since it was quite far from the establishments, although there are small stores nearby where you can buy some stuff you need. There are also complete utensils and kitchenware, which makes it fun to cook whatever you want. I also liked that there is free access to the amenities like the gym and pool, which adds to the overall staycation experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We appreciate the flexible check in and check out time. The host was always responsive whenever we had queries. The place was spacious and clean. The guards of the condo were also very friendly and helpful. The vicinity of the place felt safe and secured. Overall, we had a great stay and will be happy to book this place again 😊

The host is super responsive. We had a good stay, the place is just enough for 4 pax but the bed’s design is not suitable for senior. The place is clean but there are some molds mostly in the kitchen and dining area, it’s a common issue for condominiums though but often left out or not addressed.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

For those who are taking licensure examinations, and have John B. Lacson - Arevalo as their designated testing center, this is really a convenient place to stay at. It is just beside the aforementioned school. The unit we occupied was really spacious and clean, and quiet. It was perfect for studying/reviewing sessions. The host and the caretaker were also very helpful, and there is a 7/11 just outside the building.
