the view is absolutely spectacular! it's a unbelievable way to wake up everyday. you can see the unit from station 1 and from the old west cove ruins. the staff was top notch and everyone serviced us so well. the in room romantic dinner was well worth the price too. we had a wonderful evening. it's part a larger property, so you need to reach out to find out how to get there. I'm use to getting a message on Airbnb before check-in and this one didn't. just a small thing to note when booking this one. I would definitely stay again

When traveling to Boracay, it's always a little tricky to decide where to stay. This was my second time to the island, and I think this spot is just right. Stefan's place is at the back of the Calypso Hotel, which is a great hotel for lots of reasons. The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful, there's a good restaurant and bar right on the property, and you simply cannot beat the beach location. Stefan's Airbnb was perfect for me and my 8 month old baby. We needed an apartment like set up with a crib, but we also got the benefit of all the hotel amenities. The only issue we had was that the Wifi isn't very strong in the place. I wanted to run my baby monitor, so I asked Stefan for help. He quickly set me up with a portable Wifi. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

A tranquil ocean view condo, private beach

ElizaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful two-week stay! The space was just right for the two of us—comfortable and roomy. I also worked from the unit during our stay, and the internet speed was great, which made things really convenient. The bed, comforters, and pillows were hotel-grade—so comfy that we slept really well every night. We also loved the peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for morning walks and jogs. Having a washing machine in the unit was a big plus and one of the reasons we chose this place, since we usually stay for extended periods. It was our first time exploring New Coast, and we found it very promising—with nearby shops, a beautiful, pristine shoreline, and friendly staff. We’d definitely recommend this place!
The outdoor area of the residence features a spacious lawn, dotted with blue chairs and dining tables. Lush green grass contrasts with the white buildings, which are adorned with large glass windows, allowing natural light to fill the space.

Affordable BORACAY Staycation @ AZALEA HOTEL

Jo-AnnRating, 5 stars15 months ago
Relly's place was fantastic. It's definitely a 5 ⭐️ plus more. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance. The accommodation is an easy short stroll down a lane to the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the DMall which is away from the night-life noise which we prefer. The staff at Azalea was wonderful and the room was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Relly's place!!!

Private guesthouse villa with Rooftop Pool

MohamedRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A luxurious private villa with a sea view and the most beautiful sunset in the Philippines in the evenings. A very quiet location for those who appreciate peace and quiet. The design of the villa is thought out to the smallest detail, very clean and cozy. Debbie and Joe are excellent hosts, creating comfort for guests in any situation. They will meet you and take you to the airport. Debbie cooks very tasty, so we did not need to leave the villa, we just spent all the days without leaving this place. There is a cute friend, the dog B1, who loves guests very much, this adds a special atmosphere to this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! It was spotless, spacious, and impeccably clean. We loved its peaceful and private location, and it accommodated our party perfectly. The unit smelled amazing, the amenities were complete, the beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the appliances worked properly. Every detail was well taken care of, and we were beyond impressed! The caretakers, especially Ate Elena, were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the games that were readily available for us to use and the organized clear book filled with helpful recommendations for guests. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would highly recommend this fantastic place to our family and friends. We would absolutely return here in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable and delightful stay! All the best.

Hidden Gem Villa (Solara Boracay )

NilashaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

Your guide to Boracay

Welcome to Boracay

Sand so pale you’d swear it was made of crushed eggshells. A translucent ocean that darkens from aqua to royal blue. Lush greenery and gently arching palm trees. If the tropical beauty of Boracay doesn’t stir the senses, you might as well stay at home. This tiny island — only five miles long and less than a mile wide — is located in the Western Visayas, about 200 miles south of Manila, at once remote and one of the Philippines’ best-known getaways.

The 13 beaches circling the island offer you every flavor of relaxation, from lolling about on the beach to parasailing and snorkeling to drinking cocktails under a cabana from sunset well into the night. Book a boat ride to visit some of the neighboring islands, with a swimming stop or two along the way. Pick up a freshly caught fish at the market and bring it to a nearby restaurant to prepare your dinner. Boracay actually became too popular too quickly, and in 2018, the national government closed the island to visitors for six months to restore the beaches. Now you have to make a reservation in order to stay. Which means, of course, that your trip to paradise won’t be ruined by overcrowding.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Boracay

When you travel to tropical Boracay, you rarely have to guess what to pack. With lows in the 70s Fahrenheit and highs in the 80s and 90s year round, light, breathable clothes are a must. Do check the calendar regarding rain gear, however: The monsoons begin in June and go through September, raining as much as 8 inches a month. The dry season in this corner of the Philippines — and peak tourist season, too — runs from October through April, making it a popular time to stay in one of the area’s house rentals. New Year celebrations on Boracay are particularly festive, followed soon after by the Ati-Atihan Festival, when musicians and partiers with brightly painted faces take to the streets.

Top things to do in Boracay

White Beach

Stretching two miles along the west coast of Boracay, the stunning White Beach is in some ways the island’s main strip, lined with hotels, restaurants, shops, and all manner of amenities for visitors. You can parasail in the waters above the beach or stretch out on a towel and run your fingers through the powdery white sands. In some spots, sandbanks stretch out far into the water, allowing you to bask in the ocean and, for those traveling with kids, safely play. Tip: The farther south you wander along the beach, especially in the Station 3 region, the more chill the vibes become.

Snorkeling on Punta Bunga Beach

Though tourism has taken a toll on the coral reefs that encircle Boracay, the Philippine government has been working to restore and protect this vital natural resource. One of the best spots for snorkeling among the corals is the Punta Bunga Beach, near the northern tip of the island. From April to June the water is especially clear for spotting colorful parrotfish, lionfish, and angelfish —and if you head out a little farther, you might catch a glimpse of reef sharks or barracuda. Consider wading into the water soon after sunrise, when human activity is at its lowest.

Playing on Bulabog Beach

The eastern coast of Boracay is the windier side, especially from November to April, and folks who’d rather play on the water than relax beside it certainly take advantage. Just across the island from White Beach, Bulabog Beach teems with sails and parachutes. Outfitters along this 1.5-mile stretch will set you up with the equipment and training you need to kiteboard or windsurf, and soon you’ll find yourself zipping along the water.
