The house is located in a quite quiet area, not many noises, the park in front is great for walking your pet, many people take their dogs every day. There is also a patrolling patrol followed by the area. The stairs to the second floor are narrow, and in case the accommodation is small as seen in the photos, ideal for two or one person, the patio is spacious and has a laundry room. But it is somewhat difficult to walk in the area, as they are many steep ascents and descadas, and to get to the nearest shop it is 20min ascending and descending. It takes some cooking utensils in case you prefer to prepare stews or broths. As for Carlos' attention, he is always on the lookout and answered all my questions, an excellent host.

I would definitely stay here again. I love the setup of the apartment. I'm kind of a pillow queen so I did request extra pillows which I was told they could not offer me anymore however that there were four pillows on the couch did I could use. It turned out that there were six pillows on the couch that I was able to use. I only had one small issue with the code chasing changing to the front door entrance to the apartment. Oscar replied within about 10 to 15 minutes with the new code. The bed was comfortable the water pressure was good and you got hot water right away. thank you Oscar!
