A big thank you to Maria and her family for hosting us. A refreshment, cupcakes, fruit, and a bottle of their production awaited us upon arrival. The house is superb: very clean and very beautifully decorated. The terrace out of sight is very nice with its pool area. Plenty of information (visit, supermarkets, ...) is available. It is also very nice to have a garage and another space to park cars even if the exit of the vehicles is complicated because it is located in a bend. We really recommend this place.

This place is a beautiful get away from city life not too far from Porto. The architecture and interior design is really special, blending old northern Portugal infrastructure with modern aesthetics and appliances, overlooking the tranquil and peaceful Tâmega river. We felt like we could easily live there for the next month. Miguel and Ana Rita were super helpful, from their communication to actually providing firewood and kitchen tools. We cannot recommend the stay enough.
