5 star in ever way. I love this place and stay here whenever I can. Mateo and Genesis always go above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The location is green, cool, and peaceful and the porteros are vigilant and kind.

My stay in the space provided by Leonardo was quite pleasant. The location is excellent, close to many points of interest and with easy access to transportation. The space is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. In addition, Leonardo is a very friendly person who was attentive to any of our doubts, which made our stay even more pleasant. However, the air conditioning system could be improved, especially on the hottest days. Other than that, I would recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and well located stay in Envigado.

My family and I spent 40 days at this place, the apartment has all you may need, 3 bathrooms, 2 beds and a couch, laundry, TV, decent Internet speed. The price was fair. The building has lots of amenities, all 3 pools are heated, sauna and Turkish bath. Playground and other spaces for kids to play. There is a parking slot designated for the apartment plus parking for visitors. There is security 24/7, 2 people at main entrance, 2 people at parking entrance, cameras in the elevators, etc. We felt pretty safe. Great area, lots of events around, restaurants, good public transportation and easy to get anywhere in the city from there since it is right in the middle of the city. Walk able distance to El Poblado. There is a public park in front, people walking their dogs, there is also the Museum of Modern Art with some events inside and outside. Problem: 3rd floor windows, construction a few feet from it, LOUD since 7am-5pm Mon to Sat. Impossible to isolate. May take months to finish.

AMAZING! LOVED! 4.8 STARS! ⭐️ 1. The space is not only beautifully decorated and visually inviting but equipped with all needed (and desired) amenities. The WiFi is extremely reliable; security is extremely friendly; and between the pool, lighting and the sauna, the place is perfect. 2. I felt extremely safe and right at home the entire time! It’s an extremely welcoming, clean, and kind community. It’s in walking distance to the town square and easily found by both Rappi and UBER. 3. My only critique (which I spoke to the host about) would be ensuring that there’s a guestbook upon arrival (w/mapping of the complex), listed items accessible like the iron, blow-dryer, etc. in the apt.) and a less abrasive welcome (which included a printout of the house rule, signatures, questions around guest visits, fingerprints, etc.). There was also an expectation to replace cleaning supplies and tissue? Cleaning day was also 4-8hrs… 4. All in all, what an impeccable stay! One of my favs!
