Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ventanicas-el Cantal

It was a very nice experience, Sandra was very attentive always and was super friendly, her husband was also very friendly and respectful, the arrival at the Airbnb was easy, without any complications. Upon entering the apartment everything was very clean and tidy, we were very comfortable with my family and we could enjoy as it was deserved, I would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Sandra for the attention provided.

The views of the ocean are truly amazing and the crashing waves made it feel like a private beach house. Steps to the beach and cafes. It felt safe and quiet and was very spacious. Just as advertised. We really enjoyed the space. I took about 20 minutes to get to the city center by foot and numerous restaurants, the Cathedral, Alcazaba and the central market. We would stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. One minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars & restaurants. Jose Antonio was a fabulous host. Would recommend.

Carlota’s place was wonderful! Most importantly Carlota was an excellent host! 5 stars!!! She graciously met us at the apartment and was joy to deal with throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and was always easy to contact and quick to respond to any of our questions. The apartment is beautifully remodeled with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, showers had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well furnished and easy to use. The laundry with a washer and DRYER were such a huge bonus. The apartment is spacious and bright with wonderful views of the square and the mountains. It’s located in the heart of the Puerta de Purchena with many cafes, restaurants, groceries and shops at your doorstep. It’s also close to bus lines and walkable to the bus station and about 20 min from the airport. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. TY Carlota!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time in Almeria very much. The host was extremely quick to respond and helpful.

A gorgeous little beach apartment with fantastic views! Everything was very clean and tidy and Miguel’s partner Ángela was very helpful in providing the keys and access. This was the perfect relaxing spot for a long weekend! The restaurants are all 5 min walk too, great location!

Bonjour, We stayed with my husband and 4 kids in this house with a great and large pool. The hosts are smiling and attentive and available for anything. Very beautiful house with everything at your disposal. Really recommend at 100 for 100!! Thank you for everything!

The house is perfect for enjoying a few days in the area. Everything is very new and the house has all the details. Air conditioning has been vital for these hot days. The development is very quiet, the pool opens until 12:00pm at night and has a Mercadona supermarket about 200 m away. We are sure to return on our next visit to Vera Playa.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

It has been a very pleasant few days for the convenience of the house's location, the spaciousness and how well equipped it is. We will repeat, without a doubt!!!

Outstanding location right on the beach but incredibly close to everything . To wake up so close to the sea was a blessing . There is a little almost private bay to swim but is a little rocky so beach shoes useful Lots of restaurants nearby but recommend Neptunes, Marcello’s, Bocaina. If you have a car venture to Agua Amarga . Not far but pretty village with fantastic sandy beach. Would def rent this villa again it has everything you need and more .

Not enough words to describe our stay. A luxury would be one of them. The home is decorated with an unusual taste, Beautiful. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The common areas a madness!: the terrace, the air bed, the barbecue… the perfect and hospitable kitchen. Perfectly equipped and divine bathrooms. Merche is always pending, and you want to meet her in person. Where you go in the village praise it, for something it will be. We'll be back for sure!

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

our stay has been great, the apartment is beautiful the patio is great to be with the family, if the children are older you can go to the pool walking because it is right behind. the area is super quiet respecting the hours of silence, right in front there is a super that they have everything even if it seems small and by the area more. You have the maritimo walk and the garrocha beach 10 minutes away. Jorge is a very attentive and polite person. She was attentive at all times to know how we were and by going alone with the children I allowed myself to enter earlier. I can't say anything negative except that I missed days to see more things. we will be back for sure.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

We spent a wonderful 19 days there. Somedays we made day trips to neighboring communities, explored Almeria and some days we just relaxed and enjoyed the surrounding area.
